Powerful and scalable CRM without needless complications
What do you like best about the product?
I love how brilliant engineers built HubSpot for average users like me. It's user-friendly and gives me what I need to manage my contacts, communicate effectively, and never let the human behind the contact record fall through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because HubSpot continues to iterate and scale, the tool can sometimes lack a more enterprise-level feature while throwing changes our way often. It's needed, but can feel overwhelming when improvements fast and furious at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub solves the problems of managing a growing contact database with a collaborative team, executing effective communications follow-ups, and reporting on what's working and what doesn't work. The benefits I reap include transparency across teams, higher referral rates, and better closing conversion rates.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub has a super intuitive, easy interface that fosters quick user adoption and commitment. No matter your current sales process, there's a way to translate it into HubSpot and likely upgrade it in the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on the size of your company and your reliance on other third-party tools, you may run into some frustrations with HubSpot. Bigger teams require bigger plans, and contacts can become really costly as you're scaling up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub takes data and interactions that were previously held by a single person and makes them accessible to everyone in your organization who should have access. It's super powerful and capable on its own, but it also has what I would consider to be the best compounding effect with its own marketing tool. You won't find sales and marketing alignment capabilities like this in any other tool.

Like every system, it has its bugs however usually fixed in a timely manner

It helps me stay on task. Easily able to setup sequence so I can have emails sent out on the day or in the future
Amazing Sales Platform with perfect Workflow & Lead Management
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub has greatly changed our sales operations and visibility. Our team is now able to design an effective sales funnel. This has changed the approach for communicating with the users and prospects. The buyer intent tracking and data enrichment features have increased our chances to identify new prospects and helped us to build a better pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub could improve by removing the email sending limitations tied directly to contact count in the dashboard. Currently, the number of contacts in our database determines the number of marketing emails we can send each month. This makes scaling campaigns challenging, especially when running high-volume marketing plans for reaching out to the new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can monitor my workflow and allocate work to myself and my teammates. I can combine this with my inbox via a Browser extension, eliminating the need to hold track of items individually It was tough for me to keep records of how to work through with someone. Hubspot has relieved me of such a burden, allowing me to concentrate on my team closings It also includes an app that allows me to deal with things using my smartphone.
Makes tracking the sales cycle an absolute breeze
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to be able to track and assign tasks needed to guide our clients through our unique sales cycle. The tool can be customized to perform exactly what my team needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that almost everything has to be run through deals. I'd rather use the company page as the main identifier, but this is not really that big of a deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot solves needing so many isolated tools to communicate, track, and forecast our sales needs. We have been able to consolidate 4 tools into just this one! And our close rate is increasing because of it.
Amazing CRM Solution
What do you like best about the product?
It is like a human assistant for CRM. You can easily track your deals and your emails. You can quickly check your mailing history to recall any previous communications. It gives amazing reports so you can easily take necessary action.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since it has many features, it becomes confusing on the user interface side. It takes some time to get used to it. The user experience has some room to improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with CRM needs, email tracking, campaign tracking and deal statuses. It also helps with team collaboration for marketing and sales teams. It increases the coordination between departments.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how easy it is to track leads amongst team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to understand the workflows between contacts and companies but you get the hang of it.

It's helping customer lifecycle journeys be more transparent between our team.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is one of the biggest crm service in the market and it easily shows the reason to it. Hubspot really helped us stay organized and control everything from one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price is a little high if you want to user everything they provide.

We had issues staying organized and process our deals and their customer support is the best
Simple Reliable Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
The menus segregate all different types of activities and charts, all in a place.

Sometime the data shown are not real-time and take a while to refresh.

It solves all the CRM issues. From creating reports to sending emails, from tracking contacts to logging closures.
