Hubspot helps us managing Customer Success workflows
What do you like best about the product?
We are using mainly Deals and Contacts, and setup Tasks linked to different fields. That's quite convinient and minimize manual work. It helps several teams working together.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workflows are quite sensitive to data and break when sometning is missing, sometines it's hard to track everything.
Data logging (for emails, for example) - you need to keep track on details (like always login to Chrome extention) to ensure all is well.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for smooth handover from Sales to Customer Success team, as well as to manage all further activities. The picture is transparrent, you can get the full pucture of the whole cycle in Dashboards.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
What I like about HubSpot is flexibility and variety of ways to organise workflows.
For example, in my previous company we were using Deals pipeline a lot for customer success activities (basically we were duplicating pipelines, which resulted in twice more manual work of sales and customer success teams). Now I found a way to reduce time for filling out the data base and automate tasks and processes based on information in contact / deal fields. Before configuring, I would recommend to study which way will fit your goals the best. It will allow you to save time of each team member on filling out the database, automate a big part of your workflows, ensure that human factor is minimized, and no customer is forgotten or lost.
HubSpot allows import/export a lot of info from other resources, so this part is very heloful as well.
Reports and Dashboards allow you to see the clear and transparrent pictire of all activities in real time, this is very helpful.
Finally, service to create and use meeeting liks and signatures is highly recommended.

Bit expensive for smaller organization, takes some time to understand the working.

Sequences - as the ability to set and (almost!) forget is really helpful. Also the pipeline management with tiled view makes it easy for me to see me and my teams activity

reporting dashboard is clunky and doesn't really help explain the data

sales cycle and how long it really takes. really helpful to understand this process and how as a sales team we can try and speed this up

Definutely the best CRM I have used to date.

I don't like that we don't utilize it for billing purposes, we have to use Eldermark and it's a hassle to use two sites

the new features are helpful within the deals portion, it helps connect family members to the actual prospect

What do you like best about the product?
I like hubspot because there are a lot of good solutions in this CRM. I like conections beetween everything. Calling, notes, date - everything is very good

I don't like one things. It is no possibility to write text to customers via hubspot.

I always have problem with notes in crm. And there is no problem beacuse when I'm calling, i can wrote notes in the same moment (for example)

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is super strong and capable with the CRM and marketing functions, it's their core. But what I love is the advanced integrations where you can connect everything you need to one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing for some HubSpot features is comparably higher than some of its competitors, like the pricing for marketing contacts compare to Constant contacts and Mailchimp. But again, the ladder does not come with all the CRM features that HubSpot offers

Sales person understands the means and importance of volume, the volumes of your outreach activities, the volumes of your appearance in front of our prospects. HubSpot Sales Hubs has all the necessities you need to keep up with the pace, use workflow to auto categorize your prospects, automate the initiation of a new captures leads, use sequence to stay in their eyesight, present your value, share your niche and secure that sale.

Plan your sales path before jump in, this is going to save you a ton of time
Polished, intricate, full throttle CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to easily keep tabs on pending deals and projects. Progress can so easily be lost if left to email. If a deal doesn't make it over the finish line, we have great trackability over the reasons why so we can go back and prepare for next time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although intricate, HS can sometimes veer into the very complicated in some settings and options. But, there is an extensive training academy to take advantage of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have a super clear picture of where our projects stand and just exactly how often deals don't succeed for particular reasons. I look forward to taking advantage of more automation in the months ahead too!
