What do you like best about the product?
I use templates to handle sales and info requests. They are easy to use and effective and I can manage the process easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the task feature was based on a 7-day week instead of a 5-day workweek.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a way to handle and track inquiries. Hubspot has done that and more. We also use it to track and communicate about families in our program.

HubSpot as a CRM tool for a B2B company

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a user-friendly tool that serves as a CRM tool for Sales & Marketing. In our company we mainly use its automation capabilities (workflows), integrated apps and its easy to navigate Company/contact database.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool doesn't have a framework to write and run SQL queries, in order to create tables in the CRM database. It is a great operational tool but some technical aspects can improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our main tool for managing and maintaining conversations with our leads. Salespeople have the chance to centralize the communication and also easily access all object associations e.g. associated companies/deals/tickets

What do you like best about the product?
The way it's set up and easy to get organised. Also all the data we can extract from the dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the manipulation/ modification can be not easy/ not very intuitive (ex: if same phone number of 2 contacts)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using HS for more than 4 years now. Following are my fav features:
1. HS Sequences help me in lead generation.
2. All my meetings are set by HS only.
3. User-friendly UI & easily accessible
4. Mails tracking, notifications, templates, forms, etc. It's all like a one-stop for all sales/marketing needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't have a flat pricing structure for our services. It's a bit complicated. It'd be good if somehow it was possible to customize our deals on HS as per our pricing structure. We have to manually put the deal amount. Other than this, there isn't anything that I don't like.

HubSpot is a life-saver for a sales professional like me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Lead generation by Sequences
2. All our website forms are integrated with HS.
3. Templates help me retyping the same msgs.
4. Customized dashboards help in tracking sales reps.
5. Deal tracking & forecasting made easy.
6. No need to go for separate tools for meetings, chats, email tracking, email logging, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Custom reporting helps visualize the sales performance. It makes basic-intermediate level reporting easier
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more flexibility and filtering power with the association label tools. It will help with targeting thus sales effectiveness
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage all contacts here and store data points. We have new properties based on our needs which are mostly automated. It helps us identify our ICP.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot Sales Hub will be enough for most of your CRM needs

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot offers a full suite of solutions alongside training and certifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most beneficial tools aren't included in the free version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a quickstart solution with low code and broad integration to market and improve sales. Using a single platform improves your time to market getting the sales team to focus on what matters.

Carefully evaluate the features and pricing and other solutions to match them with your plans

What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot task tool is one of the easiest and greatest features I have been able to use in any CRM that I have used throughout my career. The way that it advances me through each step of my sequence is perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
The difficulty to search for a contact using their phone number. If you do not have the exact way in which the number was entered (with or without hyphens, spaces, ect) you will not be able to find the person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows me to reach out to multiple folks within an organization without having to keep going back to the main company page. But the company page also tracks all activity for every contact in the organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Learn the tool, ask questions, take advantage of training.

What do you like best about the product?
It is much easier to navigate and visually appealing than other CRMs. Easy to see what is happening in each account. Customer service is super friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service is alway helpful but isn't always aware of their updates or capabilities. From a sales perspective, it still has its challenges, their training gets quite confusing when searching for tutorials because it depends on what sales tier you have. When setting up details in an account or filtering it often feels designed for a back-end user rather than a front end. Terminology can be confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales, managing pipeline, centralizing information into one place no need for multiple technology to manage, tracking data and conversion rates. Helpful with visual sales dashboards, easier for the team to see what is happening.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For small to midsize companies, it is great and more affordable than the big software companies. It does come with its caveats in the sense it doesn't format like a salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
Coming from a more well-known, and expensive, CRM, HubSpot was a breath of fresh air. Configuration for our business needs is simp,e and intuitive, and doesn't require a degree in CRM!
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of simplicity is at times it creates challenges to customize to our more intricate business requirements. "Taking down the fences" of configuration to a certain degree would give us more flexibility to use it more comprehensively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot gives us visibility to progress against key sales growth initiatives, customer sentiment, and the applications of our sales methodology on key sales opportunities.

Sometimes, the UX can be laggy. But really good support thus!
