VERY GOOD AND SAFE CMR
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to interact via email and tag my colleagues directly. It is also important for me to highlight the possibility of being able to have statistical data on business performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that "anyone" can delete my comments. I don't like the fact that only one person should be responsible for the use of hubspot. I think everyone should have his own responsibility for this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I definitely have some great advantages because I use hubspot with my tablet. I am sorry that the IPAD app does not work properly. But I can still get everything into attachments and notes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My advice is to implement the IPAD app correctly.
I use IPAD exclusively and it is very convenient, however if there was an app done right, it would be a great asset.

What do you like best about the product?
For me, after having tried many different crms, the best thing about hubspot is the flexibility and autonomy it gives you when planning and executing at all levels (sales, marketing, support) without depending on intermediaries or requiring additional code development.
What do you dislike about the product?
An area for improvement would be the reporting part with access to more concrete metrics, for example in sales: % conversion (cohort analysis) per month and team member.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most important thing is to establish clear and easy processes for the sales team + provide the leadership with full visibility of main metrics and forecasts.

Making things easier with HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
Being an all-in-one tool makes things easier with HubSpot. No need to toggle in-between windows. Everything you need can be integrated within HubSpot. From database to calls, email, SMS, calendar and reports dashboard amongst many other things.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, I can't think of the least helpful thing with HubSpot. So far, all of the workflows designed for our program are very useful. The only downside is since you are able to finish things quickly, you can be given additional tasks for the day hahaha.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The challenges of using multiple tools and applications. It saves you a lot of time and effort and increases your work efficiency. The chances of you, forgetting one workflow is very minimal to almost none, since everything is being done under one tool.
An excellent CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Lots of features like email templates, associated account records, setting tasks and follow up dates so difficult to say which is the best but all round solid CRM which is easy to learn new aspects of it and navigate around it. Email template suggestions perhaps the best feature?
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot of negatives other than duplicated accounts but this is more to do with our data provider.

Able to create the volume of outreach needed

What do you like best about the product?
The entry of data is very flexible and follow up on contacts and set up is easy. Templates and sequences are a big help to include all your contacts or a specific target audience for any of your meetings/webinars/fairs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found out any yet! But I have to admit that I am still in the discovery phase and hope to be able soon to use most of the features that are available for me in HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can add as many contacts as possible to my customers or target audience. So in this way, I can reach many more people in different positions of the hierarchy within one company for example.

It's very easy to use and when I'm learning something new the solution. always makes sense - the live support has been incredible

That I don't know EVERYTHING already! I sometimes struggle to create reports but only need to go to online help to solve that
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing see less transition from marketing to sales to ops bringing the whole company together in one place where we can work as a team rather than syloed departments

I have thousands of clients' databases and managing them timely is really helping me out

I would highly recommend this software over other CRMs present in the market

I love the ability to kep track of my sales pipeline from my phone. The user setup on desktop is equally as good and efficient.

Not much for what I pay right now. To scale it would be tougher due to the price increases for automation and work flows.

Keeping track of sales opportunities so I can prioritise leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Excellent scalable CRM for sales and marketing. Be mindful of database management for leads you may need to move out if you're not ready to scale up
Great with integration for monitoring pipeline, sales and emails

The meeting and email integration is great for time saving and tracking records

It would be good to have a greater level of customisation.

I like the comunity to help me find things and some of the dashboard and how flexible they are. I like the amount of integrations to get data from other services.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very limited to a traditional sales pipeline and works less well for ongoing and repeat business or CSM functions where customers may renew subscriptions.

Having all our customer data in one place across teams.
