Most comprehensive SaaS Sales tool

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent customer support and the most comprehensive tool that is in the market. Ease of use and the HS support team is always there for you! All-in-one sales tool where you can track basically everything
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike about it. List building processes can be more user friendly and easy. When it gets hard you can always contact the support so it is not a major issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Sales Hub helps us solve all the issues in our long pipeline and track everything in a timely manner. Also HS is basically our connection to the outer world so it is kind of our internet of sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hands-on experience is the best way to learn. Certificates are helpful to some extent but what needs to be done is to try everything on your own and practice.

What do you like best about the product?
Properties for a quick overview of account performance, scheduling emails and the integration with Gmail for this, creating the emails directly in Hubspot is a little bit clunky.
Dashboards are great too.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment the most confusing aspect of hubspot is the search tool in the upper right of the pages, it only seems to work if you add exactly what you are looking for, if you miss just one letter the results seem completely random
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having one source where myself and my team have visibility over the performance of the customers and also the performance of team members, it also makes reporting a lot easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It works great as a CRM, very easy to use.

Organise to maximise

What do you like best about the product?
Organization means when I go home I can forget about work.

Bosses also like that they have oversight of my pipeline, but they're my overlords. I don't care what they want - I just like that they leave me alone now!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot tbh.

Used other CMRs and this one is pretty snappy. Far less complicated than SalesForce (is this kind of stuff going to get me a gift card?)

Kept typing till the bar went green - I'm so busy! Why am I doing this for $25 amazon gift card?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Simple, effective, reliable.

What do you like best about the product?
It has an intuitive GUI and is easier to use than many out on the market. I have used many CRMs from market leaders to new solutions and Hubspot beats them in almost every area.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be improved by having a more precise record of contact with a company or contact for easier cross checking. But this is a minor niggle rather than something I would say I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for business development, sales and order tracking across the whole company. It keeps us all focussed on developing and building pipeline and conversion into sales.

Great overview in a sales

What do you like best about the product?
The Pipeline overview is very good. It is very sleek from other CRM systems I have worked with. I especially like the integrations with our other systems, such as Slack and Aircall.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search tool is not very good. When searching for a company or contact, it doesn't show the most obvious ones first. You have to be very specific when searching, and that is not good when you cant remember a full company or contact name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the way we sell in the company. With Hubspot, we have a good setup when working across departments. The synergy between sales and customer success is better than ever.

What do you like best about the product?
Calling features within the CRM itself, integrations with Vidyard for personalised video emails. Great workflows to set up email campaigns and really useful tracking and reporting features
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that the list of countries you can call is limited can be quite frustrating, meaning that in some cases an additional solution is required to ensure you can deal with enquiries from certain countries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great for tracking meetings and contact with prospects, leads and clients. Wide range of information can be displayed gicing you the best picture of where a deal is at in the lifecycle.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of the learning features to improve your workflows etc

The ability to integrate with all tools that I use. Email tracking, information storing and ease of use.
