The ability to track and log emails to see when prospective leads click on the links is very helpful. Also the analysis it provides aids growth in our company. It's great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can crash or be slow to load but that tends to be when youre doing something involving hundreds of leads. It would be great if the tracking wasnt always anonymous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits are the points systems to show who has interacted and engaged with us the most. I also love the blog feature so sales and marketing can be more integrated.
Hubspot is very useful to manage your pipeline by seperating it into fragments

It is very useful to let everyone else in the team what's going on for a particular party on your pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very hard to optimize if you are a big part of an organization and you don't have the required authorization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Useful to keep up with the updates of every party in our pipeline. Allows you to keep up if a PoC is transferred into another company.

Dealboard pipeline view. Sequences for outbound and tasks for reminders

New features (fields) come out, but doesn't working for reporting straight away

The all-encompassing HubSpot platform is a go-to platform for any B2B marketing & sales organisation. User-friendly, intelligent solutions and features, and just great bang for the buck!

Number of user menus could be more intuitive, but you quickly get the hang of it...

A great looking all in one solution
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is so easy to use that it's almost ridiculous. Our organization left Salesforce for Hubspot and we don't regret it for a second. I have compared Salesforce to Microsoft and Hubspot to Apple. In terms of functionality, you can find much more in Salesforce, it is simply a broader product, but in terms of user experiance, Hubspot is 12 steps ahead. For most organizations, it is more important that things are simple and easy to manage. That takes less effort and time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is fantastic but it also has a legacy as a B2B tool. If you are looking, as I did, for a tool that also works for B2C, you will need to bend Hubspot a little so it does what you want it to do and that requires a bit of thinking power from your side.
Then there is one other thing that bothers me now that we have been working with the system for 6 months. For some reason, Hubspot does not use time as a data point, only dates. It can complicate certain processes and create some headaches when it comes to troubleshooting in a startup process. However, it is a disadvantage you can live with if the system streamlines your everyday life.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining a sales flow that was way too complicated before and hard to grasp. We have also leveraged automation in a way so we free up time for our sales team. That gives them more time to do sales calls which in turn generates a higher income for us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a great, easy to use Sales solution then you won't make a bad choice by going with Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
I like a relatively intuitive way of recording information on contact and on the deal. The dashboard and reports are fairly transparent, although there are still a few features missing that would facilitate sales analysis. I also like that improvements and changes are constantly being made.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like changes that lead to an increase in the subscription, although so far they were free, for example HubSpot calling. Another difficult fact is that the contacts that arise cannot be checked by phone number, only by e-mail, which makes work much more difficult. And I don't like list membership and workflows limits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Hubspot, it is easier for my salespeople to account for their work, you can visualize their results using reports and automate some of the work. The level of work has improved significantly, we have extensive possibilities, but we always have to comply with the limits in Hubspot.

To know the exact work system of people who will work in Hubspot sales Hub.
It is a very nice tool, but I would like to have more freedom when it comes to filter out users

It is a powerful tool that allow you to save A LOT of time, and that means everything for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficulty to have full control of the people that you want to target if you run the same sequences on a recurrent basis. Impossibility to clone quotes and deals
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can optimise my company's sales processes and put sales on autopilot. Eg. I closed 10 deals without even talking to customers. The power of automated sequences!

It is a powerful tool that, if used with wisdom, can do miracles from a sales perspective.
The perfect CRM and B2B medium business tool
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that everything is all there, contact management, ticket management, ability to link emails and Organise ourselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
The call option is great, but too expensive! We have to use a seperate service because the HS charges are too high, then we just have to manually note it in HS

We needed to standardize our email processes as we used google mail before it was not scaleable. Through HS we were able to grow exponentially
