Centralized Sales Context and Slack Alerts That Keep Our Team Aligned
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub gives you a solid foundation for managing contacts, companies, and contracts in one place. For a lean team handling renewals and expansions, having all that context centralized is genuinely valuable. The Slack integration is a standout feature for us: automated notifications triggered by specific actions keep the right people informed without anyone having to manually chase updates. Once our team had a few experienced users and someone with revenue operations experience, the platform really started to deliver. The depth is there if you have the people to unlock it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is steep. For a small team without dedicated RevOps support, getting up to speed takes real time and effort. A lot of the platform's potential goes unused simply because there aren't enough hours or hands to configure and leverage everything it offers. It's a powerful tool, but it's built for scale, and smaller teams can feel like they're only scratching the surface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it primarily for renewal and expansion tracking, executive business review prep, and keeping contact and company data organized. It's become the source of truth for anything contract-related on our customer success side. The Slack integration helps us stay on top of triggered actions without adding manual overhead, which matters a lot when the team is small and everyone's wearing multiple hats.
Love the Phone App’s Business Card Scanner
What do you like best about the product?
Business card scanner on the phone app saves time
What do you dislike about the product?
Constantly automatically logged out of the email tracking feature, and it alerts you to an email being opened when I'm the one opening it instead of the receptient

Helps track overall numbers of contacts with a company and what amount of work that translates to
User-Friendly HubSpot with Amazing AI and Fast, Helpful Support
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about HubSpot is how user-friendly it is for marketing professionals. With other CRM tools, I often find them hard to understand; they come with millions of options, which can make it overly complex to find what I’m actually looking for. On top of that, HubSpot’s AI functionality is absolutely amazing. When I ask questions, I don’t feel like I’m talking to a bot, and it genuinely helps me solve my challenges without needing to escalate anything to their support team. And when I do need support, they’re great to work with and very fast. Overall, I’m happy to be sailing on the HubSpot boat again.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that comes to mind is the pricing difference between the starter package and the professional package. It's an insane increase (from €20/mo to €880/mo which makes scaling for a smaller business quite challening. It would be great if there was a package in between.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily create my own reports, get a clear overview of how my campaigns are performing, and share these insights with the wider business as well.
Sales Process
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot helps us to bring ongoing optimization to our sales processes to run them as smoothly as possible!
It is easy to use, friendly support team who get back in a reasonable time to fix our issues. There are so many 3rd party software that we can integrate with Hubspot. There are so many advanced workflows that we use for automation to reduce the manual work of our employees and hence boosting the productivity. We run it on a daily basis.

What do you dislike about the product?
probably more functionality in the pro subscription, for example, IVR for calling
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We organize the whole sales process via Hubspot, starting from reaching the prospects via email or calling, scheduling meetings and keeping all the records on the prospect timeline. Creating reports to analyze the data. We create contacts, and accounts as our prospects' profiles, maintaining all necessary information there. We close deals there, integrate invoices for existing customers. In short we are able to track all the customer journey via Hubspot.
User-Friendly All-in-One Platform with Intuitive Dashboard and Deep Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
This platform's best capabilities are its user friendliness compared to the other platforms. Another best thing is that this platform combines marketing automation, CRM, sales pipeline management and customer support tools into a single ecosystem. Their dashboard is very intuitive and clean, and their automation workflows and detailed analytics are deeper. Overall, this platform also helps our team track the leads and measure campaign performance effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
While this platform is very powerful, one downside is that its pricing is high when trying to scale our number of users. Also, some of their customisation options and advanced-level reporting are available only in higher-tier plans, which is very limited in the basic plans for our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot solves the problem of having fragmented and disconnected modules, such as sales, marketing and service processes. It helps us to keep the entire lead journey centralised, from doing the initial marketing to acquiring leads. assigning to our sales team and tracking the communication and engagement with the customer via our sales pipeline, this engagement with the customer journey is tracked very effectively. Our overall cross-team collaboration on lead engagement is made effective with this platform.
Easy to Navigate, Helpful AI Guidance in HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
I had never used HubSpot before the other day. I was able to log in and pretty easily figure out where I needed to go to accomplish my tasks. I also used the AI feature to provide me with step-by-step instructions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was more of an all-encompassing platform, instead of different levels with varying access. This makes it a little harder to figure out what each staff member has access to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to pull back from other contractors and put almost all of our sales and marketing tactics in one place.
Easy to Navigate and Very User-Friendly

User-Friendly, Intuitive, and Widely Used with Great 3rd-Party Options
What do you like best about the product?
User friend, intuitive, lots of 3rd party options, widely used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to comment here. I've enjoyed many of it's features and benefits. The only comment is it's pricey for larger businesses
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accurate record keeping of contacts. Allows me to client communication easily. Sets up tasks, reminders. Nice outbound email marketing component
A Clean, Intuitive Marketing Command Center
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub doesn’t feel like duct-taped features, everything actually talks to each other. Emails feed workflows, workflows feed CRM data, CRM feeds reporting. No Frankenstein integrations required.
The automation builder is chef’s kiss. Visual, logical, and powerful enough to get sophisticated without feeling like you’re coding in the Matrix. And attribution reporting? Super clean. You can actually show leadership what’s driving pipeline instead of waving at impressions.

What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing scales fast. HubSpot Marketing Hub is amazing… until you start adding contacts, advanced automation, or reporting features, then you feel it. The jump between tiers isn’t subtle.
Also, some of the more advanced customization can feel boxed in. It’s powerful, but if you’re used to super granular control or complex enterprise logic, you might hit a few “why can’t I just…” moments.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s intuitive without being dumbed down. You can build emails, spin up workflows, track attribution, and actually see what’s working without needing a PhD in dashboards. The UI doesn’t fight you. That alone earns points.
It’s powerful enough for serious automation, but friendly enough that you’re not scared to explore. My only warning? Once you start stacking workflows and reports, you’ll want someone on the team who really owns it, because it can get deep fast.
In essence, its polished, practical, and built for marketers who care about revenue, not just vanity metrics.
