What do you like best about the product?
I began using this tool for generating leads and creating bills to request payment from clients etc. I have just started using this daily and in the process of exploring all the features. The simple implementation is impressive and user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike till now as im new user and implementing it newly as directed by manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is helping streamline outreach and follow-ups. very helpful tool

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub is essential for tracking clients and performance. It provides valuable data, making it indispensable for sales processes and customer management. The software is intuitive, feature-rich, and improves efficiency. Enhanced email integration and automatic logging with other tools like Ring.io are seamless and beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the process of adding a contact within the company page on HubSpot to be less intuitive than it could be. It should automatically recognize that a contact is being added from within the company and pre-fill necessary information, like the phone number and name of the company, to make the process quicker. Without this feature, adding contacts feels cumbersome and somewhat inefficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot to track our customer interactions and sales processes efficiently. It's crucial for managing leads and ensuring seamless communication, providing valuable data to improve our sales chances. Without it, tracking hundreds of weekly client interactions would be impossible.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about HubSpot Sales Hub is how intuitive and user-friendly it is.I especially value the visibility it gives into pipelines, the automation for follow-ups, and the detailed analytics that help our team make data-driven decisions.

There isn’t much to dislike, but advanced customization sometimes requires workarounds or additional setup time

I absolutely love the organization and ease of all data and processes needed!

I have not found a dislike, at this point. All tech requires patience and learning curves. This one pays BIG dividends!

What do you like best about the product?
The easy setup/implementation and intuitive work flow so that I can get what I need done with out any guessing on where things are at. A lot of features! I do like the integration it offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
When working quickly I noticed sometimes there is a small lag time when I request a page or report. But maybe I'm impatient. Depending on what you need you can quickly find you need to upgrade your account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospective and lead workflow. It helps to streamline our engagement from social media to website contact.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has been great for our sales operations. Very easy to use, easy to implement. We use it on a daily basis, integrated with other softwares such as gmail, pandadoc, stripe. Customer Support is also a highlight. We also use diverse tools inside the software that helps marketing, operations, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can be a barrier, specially for small business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM, tracking communication with deals and clients, sending quotes, managing leads and contacts, templates for communication, marketing caimpaings and more!
