What do you like best about the product?
Automations for my team and myself. Tasks very helpfull

Large program. Changes take time and I think we that add ideas don't feel they are heard

Necessary fields during administration can be quite a hassle,

It solves a lot of administration work and gives you an overview of where you are with your leads and sales

I think the videos and help center are very easy to use. They help you get the most out of the Hubspot platform and utilize all of the available functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, there are sections that you can only use if you pay for a higher membership. I understand Hubspot has to make money so I'm just being picky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping order of all of my clients and making sure I have proper notes in place with everyone.

What do you like best about the product?
As a BDR ,my job role also involves sending sequence mails to clients and tracking their click responses.And compared to the competitors , Hubspot is amazing in that aspect.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing as such to hate but if it is possible to change the timing of a mail after enrolling a sequence, it would be much helpful as it is an optimization that is helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to cater the customer lifecycle and serve them in a much better brand .Also in case of tracking the actions , we can do them in a more precise manner.

Try to explore it features as much as possible. They are handy and save a lot of time.
the use of hubspot is very easy and very easy to learn

very easy filling,pretty good information,the steps are quite easy to understand,supported by customer support,system that works well,the login system is quite easy

updated data which is sometimes late,the same data with the same mobile number is not read,

easy data maintenance on hubspot so progress data is easier to read

User-friendly, calling directly, easy configurations, easy workflows, email tracking, etc;

not able to copy the product line items to renewal deals. Decimal points in currency are very less.

Easy Tracking of Customers
What do you like best about the product?
There is no redundant entries of customers as it will automatically filter if the same has been added by other colleagues. Easy tracking on the sales flow once all communication has been tracked and logged.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, all is good and haven't seen any dislikes. Oh yeah, I think I don't like the merging of contacts. I wish there is an easy way to merge it where I can see the existing entries not just the names as there is no identities which one is new and old.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bring in customers for the company. I realized that using Hubspot is easier to track especially if working with global colleagues. It increases business performance in a way.

Hubspot Sales Hub is a quick CRM solution for easy tracking. You can have all your colleagues track emails, sales flow, meetings, etc all on the same platform. Time saver than doing the email communication as you can already see what's happening with a certain client.
