a good automation to recommend

What do you like best about the product?
It is a good CRM+Autmation tool. I've been using it for a while. Some feature such as handy email template is good. and direct removing from list of a campaign once client replied is good and hassle free.
What do you dislike about the product?
Problem in SEQUENCE is though it can create good automation, different subject lines can not be inserted for inline mails.
Seconnd is, once client is unsubscribed, all future mail(inclunding new imports and sources must be automatically removed). some client reply as unsubscribe, not interested. it all email should automatically removed.
Few mails though delivered from normal outlook. some email shown bounced while importing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps our team to reduce much work such as reminder for followups, all setting up campaign is very easy. and also helps auto followups is a good solution.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to call and SMS clients and locate notes on the account. Also very substantial information for sales pipeline in order to forecast leads compare to other CRMS
What do you dislike about the product?
Not so much. Probably an easy access to social media marketing. Hubspot academy is also a bit lacking on other topics and may need to improve on easier access to communications
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
customer related concerns such as interests in hiring people in order to develop their busines. It is more productive to use hubspot than any other CRM. Business has definitely improved with this

What do you like best about the product?
Hunspot sales is easy to navigate, plenty of cool features (shoutout to Gordon Cone for his help with the Timezone update, this has been a gamechanger!) The Hubspot support is exceptional and much better than I thought.
What do you dislike about the product?
l think the overall design is looking a bit templated and outdated, could do with a refresh.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has seamless integration with other apps which speeds up the day, Aircall being an example. It's easy to track click and open rates of sequences in hubspot.

Easy to use system that enables efficiency

What do you like best about the product?
The sequences feature. It allows me to effectively follow up with my prospects and see the compiled statistics of those enrolled in the sequence. I like that follow up emails are linked to the previous email, and that you can set the days apart from the next one.
What do you dislike about the product?
If only we can mix and match the features in the Sales Hub that we want, instead of having it packaged. Some features of the Sales Hub are not used, but it is still part of the package and we have to pay for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Following up with prospects. I used to follow up with prospects with Tasks, but that would end up being a little messy when there are too many tasks to go through. With Sequences, I can just enroll prospects in and have the system follow up on my behalf in a timely manner.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a useful tool that helps you to manage your sales process more efficiently. Should consider!

It's a good CRM but...

What do you like best about the product?
Simplifies and streamlines my marketing and sales. As a startup I couldn't live without it, I used to have to do most of the emailing, I now use the sales templates and have an assistant to keep in contact with leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
The separation of some of the features seems unfair for small startps. Features like lead scoring and automation are classified as 'enterprise'. I find that odd in 2022 and think some of these features should be accessible on the lower tiers. They aren't complex features. There's a rigidity in the HubSpot revenue model which doesn't work for small startups and we may switch to a different CRM in 2023,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining the entire process. Our processes were pretty archaic before.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's very straight-forward and user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just that it crashes sometimes; understandable due to volume of users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love how easy it is to keep track of records and how easy it is to integrate with other platforms needed at work.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease to use. I really like the sequence function which takes away a lot of my time. It does the reaching out for me while I work on other stuff.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say the naming structure of the options. As someone who is not a Hubspot master, it may be confusing to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The sequence email has helped me a lot and it is a smart tool which I can customise however I like it.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to call and track all emails from the one cloud client. Often I find myself flustered replying to emails from my inbox, as it does not allow for timeline overview and hllostically provide infortmation
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the thread view in timelines, as it can be very time consuming seeing the same email thread replaced on the time line for each email sent. Would be better ifHubspot can idnetify same email threads and only place it on the timeline once, with all replies in the one drop down collapsible thread.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved mass automation issues that I could not with Salesforce at my old role. Having marketing and sales collateral saved in snippets, and sequences allows me to feel fufilled in my role not typing the same over and over
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd reccomend adopting earlier for smaller businesses, as it begins the record collection journey which allows for ease of marketing and scalling campaigns to the correct audiences.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very easy to navigate and it is and it is very organised
What do you dislike about the product?
Some steps seem a bit cumbersome, such as having to add the company name to each new contact within an organisation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to build my sales funnel much quicker than before

What do you like best about the product?
Great CRM to manage all customers for our B2C channel. You can customise just about every level of each contact, company and deal card to make it work exactly how you'd like it to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was the ability to send texts from Hubspot. I know there is the ability to make calls but being able to make and track texts would be monumental. Have seen this functionality in other CRMs such as JobAdder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The vast depths of automations and sequences you can set up in HubSpot is fantastic. I am sure I have only just started to scratch the surface with what we can do to increase customer experience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely one of the more comprehensive CRM suites out there
