What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, easy to follow, and to make your own in your own way
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes is a bit glitchy, can be a bit temperamental at times

Benefits are keeping up consistency with clients via tasks set

Daily Usage of HubSpot

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to have quick access to all of my customer's information, quotes, and past discussion makes this tool very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to schedule a meeting from the phone app, it needs to be done from the computer app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest things is having the notes on what was discussed in the last meeting right at my fingertips. There is no need to scroll through old emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Sequences and the ability to bring all of our communications together. Really enjoy the fact we can run two pipelines at the same time for both sales and customer succes.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of different components to learn all at once. It would be great to have an initial training call to learn about the platform at the beginning of our usage of Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales, customer success, marketing and product feedback.

The user experience is amazing. You get use to it really fast.

I see important limitations when we try to adapt Hubspot to our sales force.

The ability to be monitoring the activation stages of our customers and then take real actions to improve.

What do you like best about the product?
Activity for each contact shows really good tracking on what's happening with each Contact and Company and Deal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't see Meetings set on all pages, like Contacts, Company, and Deal. It's frustrating that I need to look everywhere to find the one Meeting note.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking outreach for all emails, phone calls, and other activities. Love how it's all included!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a good CRM tool

What do you like best about the product?
How it organizes my day and keeps me focused on enough tasks to find new prospects for my team. Also keeps me ready to do follow-ups on time and see history at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see time on the task retained for the follow-up as I have prospects segmented by time zone and tend to call them at the same time as the last attempt. Currently the default is 8AM, not an ideal time to start calling people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm sharing with my team what actions I have taken to reach their prospects and can see when they have done the same. So, it's good visibility to our collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot offers the ability to customize customer/lead properties and CRM automation to fit your business's workflow and needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Industry-specific, since we use Hubspot CRM in a property management setting, but there are no integrations offered with the leading industry software/accounting suites, so information on prospects need to be entered manually into a new system after they convert to customer status.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Online scheduling of meetings is fantastic - the integration with Google Calendar really helps! Templates are also a great timesaver, freeing up sales staff from a lot of monotonous work to make time for closing more deals. :)

I appreciate how easy and user-friendly it is to navigate the platform

there is not much to dislike here, if I had to pick something I'd say it would be great if they could add more automation options

for my team, i am saving lots of time by creating automated email sequences that will send throughout the week
