Great platform
What do you like best about the product?
The desktop integration with Gmail and Outlook is great. Everything syncs easily to my calendar. 50% or more of my time is spent in the field with customers, so having the mobile app is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the reporting to be a little difficult to navigate. For mobile use, you are unable to add photos or documents which I need often when on a customer's site or event.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving from a paper-driven environment to digital, HubSpot has allowed us to expand our internal communication and collaboration, help us track and understand our customers and business better, and have improved our individual and group efficiency by an incredible margin.

If you require a large amount of help getting started or have many questions, you'll need to pay for their services.
Great Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that we can customize our Sales pipelines. The custom fields and the ability to tailor them to our sales process are fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to have two account owners co-own a deal. Sometimes we have situations where our sales rep will need to do a split commission deal and there is no way to do that without creating a custom text or picker field. I'd love to be able to tag two account owners easily. Additionally, we run our numbers on monthly closed run rates. The ability to have a field that allows us to calculate an annual deal worth based on the monthly deal run rate and the actual close dates without all the manual math would be beneficial for reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Information Transparency! The ability to get a breakdown of information by ASD was previously like pulling teeth. Now, by auto or manually logging calls and meetings, we have a glimpse into the daily work our sales reps perform and can tie it back to their annual performance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Invest in good onboarding. It does require a heavy lift on the front to ensure your system is set up to your specifications and getting the initial data in, as well as setting up templates, snippets, etc.
Hubspot is easy to use, easy to learn, and has a great staff to support you.
What do you like best about the product?
Email integration tracking. Helps me stay on top of leads and review old conversations quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workflow seems a little complicated with not many applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation, follow-up, and retention. Better account retention and communication

Watch online tutorials first to make sure it is a fit.

With the ease of use delivered by hubspot. I feel the usability and the functionality as there with less friction. I'm about to to everything I did with other rm, but feel that it's easier to get things done
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All contact management, email communications to clients and prospects as well as granular level revenue tracking all in one spot. I've been able to get things done and the days I need really.

It's a great system. Jump in!

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot does a great job at pulling reports, organizing contacts, lists, and building sequences. I love how simple it is to create automated sequences and being able to personalize them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you cannot make an active list be changed to static after it is pulled, without additional steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I'm solving are being able to reach out to more people more efficiently and saving time while doing so. As well as setting up meetings with the people who seem most interested.

exporting leads from other platforms and tracking clients, prospects, sequencing, templates
What do you dislike about the product?
Just reversing any edits done in bulk, not able to do it in one hit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was not able to change a bulk edit back to its original owner. I had to fix them one by one.

What do you like best about the product?
Most Helpful: Ability to integrate with so many different tools and vendors, really anything in our tech-stack we can integrate with HubSpot to track and measure goals
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is not super intuitive, I have had to bring in contractors and support to help in small issues that I think could be resolved through more training or more helpful articles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mostly use the Marketing Hub pro, but Sales Hub has been great to differentiate from MQLs that live in Hubspot and SQLs that live in Salesforce. We like being able to see all activities taken by contacts in Hubspot.

I definitely recommend it, even if you use another CRM as your primary

The constant outages Hubspot has whether it is phonecalls or loading tasks.

Keeping up with customers, organizing leads, and closing deals. Saves me time and money! more productive.

What do you like best about the product?
I really love how user friendly Hubspot sales hub is.
It doesn't take much time to get your bearings as far as locating your tasks, contacts, sequences etc. goes.
I also find that the native dialer is an added bonus.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had better filters for filtering prospects by time zone. They recently added one but the accuracy of it seems a bit iffy.

Keeping all of our contacts and communications in one place.

Solid monthly reporting and metric tracking.
Overall it's a really good tool for early stage companies who might not have budget/a need for something as robust as some competitors offer.

Better UI/UX than other CRM's
What do you like best about the product?
Just find that HubSpot is easier to navigate, and I find it more intuitive than SalesForce for sales-related and marketing-related functions. Reporting is pretty straightforward as well. Not overly-complicated, yet provides you with what you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the navigation is cludgy when toggling between a prospect and the company. I think these have been long-standing issues, but if they could fix the directional navigation to make it easier to go from an individual profile and back out to the company list that would be great. It would also be great if they could create a "checklist" so I can filter those companies and prospects where I have completed correspondence to go to the bottom of "My Companies".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just attempting to generate broad awareness. It would be great if the campaign button would apply to the sales module, and not just marketing. I could be more efficient if I could take advantage of that.
