SO User-Friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive HubSpot is! It's easy to navigate, everything is streamlined and there's increased visibilty for everyone on the team
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I've been really impressed so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping everything all in one spot! I've used other CRMs before that don't keep things as organized, so this has been a huge lifesaver.
Easy to learn and plan tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to assign tasks and track progress on bulk emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not easy to track individual email template open rates and click rates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach to multiple organizations is easy and the ability to create custom lists is beneficial for best practices.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is easy to navigate in, and it is easy to understand how I should work in it to maximize the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have anything that I dislike about Hubspot. When I've had questions to the support, they have been Supergood, quick to respond if I wonder about certain things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy for me to build workflows around our TCP leads. Automating processes to target leads in a easy and a good way.

You can input all client data and information in one spot

That it allows you to enter multiple accounts instead of it stopping you to enter one.

It solves the miscommunication and lack of organization among the clients we assist

Deal dashboard and Navigating through tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike in the deal dashboard view I can not save my view. Everytime I Click it it defaults to entire team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management, and communication with customers and leads.
HubSpot is a great solution for smaller to medium businesses that don't need the complexity
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot allows us to track our customers easily without much setup. Even with a standard plan, we're able to effectively manage our customers and give enough support to our sales team to work the clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation through HubSpot can take too many clicks for my liking sometimes. I would prefer if everything was more accessible and less clicks for working each client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking our growing database, making sure all information is current. Sharing client details with other members of our teams is extremely useful especially in our sales/development cycle.

Sequences and integrations whit chrome extensions that helps me for prospecting day by day

Some issues that rarelly happens, but actually I really like hubspot

It's extremely fast when prospecting and then enrolling into a sequence
Best solution for CRM managments and data tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can program your workflow to your needs, and it helps you keep a track record of your deals. Also, I like that the live dashboard is easy to use, and you can create several graphs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the workflow is linear programming and that you can not create cycles. Also, I don't like the display of the emails received, and creating sequences could be easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep track of our partners, discount codes used, and clients. Also, it helps us create reports extracting the data from the live dashboard. It also has a lot of futures that we still don't use but we have a plan to implement it.
Solid System with Constantly Improving Features
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is an all-in-one solution for maximizing the customer experience. From Marketing to Service Execution, it allows you to test and optimize the journey for the best possible outcomes. They are open to feedback and constantly improving the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some kinks that could be worked out. It would be nice if the interface could be customized/branded a bit for a more tailored look for the internal team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem it solves is keeping all client data secure and organized in one system. We can see interactions as well as important info all in one place. This allows our team to move quickly.
HubSpot - the best CRM I have used so far.
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a simple, yet very powerful tool. On one hand, it is very easy to use for beginners. On the other hand - it provides really rich and powerful functionality for professionals. I learn new stuff every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback of HubSpot is the weird way it integrates with Gmail. It does look up Gmail automatically, but to manage conversations properly, you have to install an addon - which is rather annoying. Also, if the Client writes you an email, it does not get to HubSpot until you manually make it there. All future messages in the thread will get to HubSpot automatically, even if you do not have the addon... I would definitely like to have more automation there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have all records in one place, I can see what my colleagues doing, and they see what I am doing. I can easily send messages to Clients, using very comfortable accelerators - like snippets and templates. I can also track my pipeline in a very comfortable way.
