Love my Hubspot!

What do you like best about the product?
There are a ton of tools, but i really the email tracking and ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is lacking... it may be in a more expensive version, but... and i dont like the fact that it costs so much to get into a bigger license.. you should consider medium sized companies that cant afford thousands of dollars for a CRM...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is our CRM so its solving all of those issues...

Sequences that work

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that you can use sequences within the CRM. Its incredibly helpful to have direct access to sequences. Another plus is that there has been very little downtime for the sequences features and its easy to edit and create them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't the level of insights that dedicated services like Salesloft have. Also the threading remains a clunky feature and requires a few creative workarounds instead of just working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps reach out to a wide variety of prospects with relevant and custom outreach. Every day I know exactly what I need to do and how long it takes to finish the tasks in an efficient and productive manner. I have scheduled over 400 meetings using Hubspot sales hub.

Seamless integrations and easy to use!

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that HubSpot offers e-Learning courses for anyone using HubSpot or if I need a refresher of some piece of the software. The steps to get anything done in HubSpot are easy to follow and make sense.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure I dislike anything. Waiting for contact uploads makes me impatient sometimes and if the contact files are not followed accurately it can be easy to create a large mess of contact information showing up in the wrong column in the contact area. That is more the user though and not HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub has helped me keep track of tasks needing to be completed and is an easy way to keep track of our deals, sales, etc. I also really like that I can keep track of the entire sales team and vertical teams and how they are interacting with everything without muddling up what another one of us is doing.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to log data as well as how easy it is to set reminders. I can complete a task and set a follow-up and then I will receive an email notification morning of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somtimes the application will crash. This is rather annoying when trying to log data. e
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is hard to keep track of prospecting especially when you are reaching out to 200 plus people and companies a day. Hubspot allows for you to stay organized and not forget about any followups

everything has a data set- easy to navigate and tasks generation keeps you organized

could have more integrated folders/tabs, could use more colors within design layout

Amazing CRM!

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the tasks section! The deals section is also awesome because it's so easy to configure a contact/company to connect to the deal. Compared to competitors, HubSpot just makes everything so easy to use, easy to understand, and nothing in it ever feels daunting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that when you are assigning a task to yourself, it automatically blocks off holidays in the calendar. That way, you never accidently schedule yourself a ton of tasks on a holiday that your office is closed on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They just make it so easy to track anything and everything. This gives great data and statistics to management and makes it easy for us to look good ;-) rather than having to compile data and statistics on our own.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to complete tasks is very swift, I appreciate the layout helping to complete hefty amounts of tasks in a way that's not overwhelming.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't used the platform to its full capabilities, If I do dislike something it's probably from my lack of knowledge. I will say that analytics reporting of contacts ran through sequences could have its own tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving how thorough we need to be with each contact, It benefits me by making my job easier when looking through contact info.

Makes calls easy and excellent

What do you like best about the product?
Running through tasks swiftly and with all the info needed for excellent outreach. One click takes me to the next call, where all the context on the next lead lives.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a limited number of sequence items that can be implemented. To properly execute the Agoge sequence, we have to perform 2 enrollments. Would like to simplify this to just one in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot solves the issue of cohesion between Linkedin, calls, emails, and tracking leads in perpetuity as a team. We are way more productive! Our business performance increases exponentially as our team grows, and they are easily brought up to speed with Hubspot's easy-to-learn, easy-to-use sales features.

Intuitive and easy to learn

What do you like best about the product?
The flow for working and completing tasks is efficient and easy. Hubspot makes it as simple as possible with minimal clicks to work a task, call a contact, complete the task and move on to the next. It helps me make the most of my day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a great click-to-dial feature that, while working, is fantastic. It's easy to set up too. But I find oftentimes it can be glitchy by dropping calls, having poor audio, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm an Account Executive, so HubSpot does a great job at organizing my daily tasks and outreach to prospects, customers, etc. Recently our team has benefited from the great lead routing it provides when MQL's develop.
