A great tool for tracking contacts

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of sending and tracking emails. This allows me to schedule my call appropriately to get the most out of each call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can only view 5 views at once. I would be helpful to up that to at least 8.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a follow-up call and getting a reminder is much easier than using another source to schedule. Everything is in one place and I don't have to use multiple.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is simple to use. I feel like Hubspot it like the Iphone of CRM's.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the platform will have occasional bugs (especially around calling).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Hubspot for sales. The benefit is that it simplifies the process.

Great Software for Sales/Marketing Teams!

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a great tool, and its integration with our email platform is almost seamless (I say almost because sometimes it is a bit ‘glitchy’ when registering meetings created in the platform’s calendar instead of in HubSpot directly.) One of the things I really like about HubSpot is the tracking function, which lets you know when the users have opened your email (even for web-based email platforms, which usually don’t send back a read report.) The ‘click’ notifier for the links included in the emails is also a great feature because it lets you know what the recipients are particularly interested in. All in all, it is a great tool, even though sometimes you have to dig a bit into the functions to find out which one is the best for doing what you need to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, everything I’ve used is great. I use sequences a lot, but I think they could be more ‘personalized’ in using the entire name plus the email address, instead of just the email address, particularly on web-based email platforms. However, all in all, it’s a great tool!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales outreach has been a breeze, particularly when having to contact a lot of customers/prospects in a short time frame.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using the dashboard and seeing my tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how it doesn't automatically save my notes, I have to manually save them or else they get lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits I have realized are I can see what tasks I need to get done for that day. The problems I am solving include reaching out to my prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
Love how easy it is to send and track sequences. Compare to other sequences.

Activity feed is a great way to see who is engaging with your content.

I wish I could mass send individual templates the way you can with sequences.

Hubspot Helps Simplify Contact Outreach

What do you like best about the product?
I like Hubspot Sales because it helps me easily track my outreach as well as keep on task. I consistently use Tasks as reminders to follow up with contacts; it has a lovely page listing everything due, overdue, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is the complexity of creating reports. Some reports should already exist as is, for instance: 1. A goal to actual chart 2. A sales pipeline/funnel (in funnel view, of course) 3. Easy tracking of to-date meetings, calls & emails (this has improved on the dashboard) and better sequencing options (if a task isn't done, the person stays in the sequence. If they're in the sequence, you have to opt them out before you can email them or add to another sequence). "Hidden" options (you don't know they're there until you click on something) are also problematic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact follow up is pretty easy in Hubspot. Potential clients have been impressed that I "remembered" to call them again (or annoyed, LOL). Using Tasks, I can make more calls per day than with other systems that I've used.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Plan to training. Setting up the CRM connections & meeting credentials are still a bit buried.

Great tool for organizing the sales process end to end

What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly. Once you know one tool in Hubspot it is very easy to learn and understand the rest. Layouts are intuitive and it's easy to find each piece of functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of power in the tool. It can almost be distracting to have so much functionality. Overall, it's manageable, but could be cool to shut off certain options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Sales Hub to organize all our incoming leads, track calls, demos, and see the last time each lead was contacted. We've been more productive and had fewer people slip through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
The flow of this software is incredibly well mapped out and helps me move through the sales process so effectively I feel compelled to do all the right activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the app was as powerful as the site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to complete calls, tracks my emails, leave meeting notes and connect with all my prospects without leaving Hubspot! It's amazing how my activites are all revenue generating.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales tab - Deals - Board Layout
You can link your email to Hubspot and send emails through Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The close date automatically moves to 2 weeks in the future sometimes.
The contact owner changes automatically to who answers their call the most. Contact owner becomes our receptionist frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The graphs are very beneficial. Everyone can see them. The sales professionals can visualize how they are doing. They often use it to drive them to do better because they want to be better than the person sitting next to them.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is super easy to just jump in and start using. It is very intuitive.
