Very Useful Product
What do you like best about the product?
We have had great success in creating meaningful content through the workflows. I also love the meeting feature. It allows our customers to take control of the experience with our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am very happy with the product. We use it for education and deals are not quite set up for sibling families. I think some improvements could be made in how deals are created across industries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to highly tailor and personalize our communications, which makes our customers feel we know them. They are much more likely to take the next step with us.
Integrated Sales Tools
What do you like best about the product?
The tasks features and sequencing allows you to stay organized and focused on what to do next to keep pushing forward
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially just figuring out the workflows, but once you get a handle it's powerful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting organization and those that have engaged with the materials
Hubspot makes me look like a sales guru!!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, integrations email notification setup. Tasks keep me on point. Templates and Snippets and Meetings oh my!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would play better with Sales Navigator.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Continued engagement with those that are not ready to talk, so they don't get lost.

So far so good. Easy to organize future follow up tasks.

Task reminders so I don't forget to follow up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Company lists filters get reset if I leave the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I avoid calling people too often because I can set the reminder for the appropriate date.
Intuitive, Visually Pleasing Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hubspot is easy to use. I used Salesforce before, which was not as intuitive and visually pleasing. The layout makes sense, and it helps me stay on top of my tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit glitchy at times. Sometimes as I write meeting notes or emails, they disappear mid-typing. I also wish it integrated with LinkedIn to automatically import the URL and profile picture for contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of my notes and research about a company or contact are located in Hubspot. I love the activity and how I can see website visits, deals made, emails sent and received all in one place. Also, it is easy to create lists with contacts based on fields.
Helpful for keeping track of my pipeline. HubSpot has made me a more successful salesperson.
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with third-party apps, namely Lusha and Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is that when I use Zoom Phone and end a call or hang up, HubSpot does not automatically complete my task.

Hubspot has helped me to become a more organized and successful salesperson. Without this CRM, I would not be able to keep any of my outreach straight. HubSpot is essential for my job functions.
Great tool to use for organization!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the functionality and how easy it is to navigate through the system. I also really like the integration it allows you to have with other apps, this makes track and organization very easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the frequent disruptions the system sometimes has randomly and I'm stuck having to wait on the problem to get fixed so I can get back to tracking and doing what I was doing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the biggest problem Hubspot helps me solve is organization and keeping all of my contacts from getting lost or mixed up with others. This makes it super easy to track every conversation that I have with someone so that I can go back later and refer back to my notes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure and use the training assistance they offer you, it does help when you want to dive deeper into learning more of what you can do.
Great App for Information!
What do you like best about the product?
The app provides a good place for a company to store information in a convenient, user-friendly spot. Writing notes and keeping track of tasks is also easy and conveinient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is absolutely terrible, the UI is a mess and it takes too long to do anything viable on it compared to the desktop app. Recommend a rehaul of the mobile application if possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to keep track of everything I write down on paper throughout the day, it enables me to be more organized and productive throughout the work week. Highly recommend it for your business needs.
Better features than competitors, still has some kinks to work out
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy that all the features I might need for outreach are included in HubSpot. No more switching between excel, notes, paper, phone, email, etc. Everything I need to communicate and do my job are included
What do you dislike about the product?
The HubSpot program has some glaring glitches. At least once a week, the Twilio calling integration fails, which leaves me unable to place calls until its back up (usually within 20 minutes), and the servers for HubSpot have crashed a few times. While these are only temporary, time is money in business and wasted time is wasted money. The assigning of contacts also glitches occasionally and reassigns contacts in someone else's sequence/task list
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cold outreach and inbound sales without having to use multiple different products is the huge differentiator. SalesForce unfortunately had this issue where I couldnt get everything done in the same product.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's certainly the most all-encompassing CRM that I've used to date, the benefits definitely outweigh the negatives

I've been able to keep things more organized and also been able to reach out to contacts that are more likely to respond. And I think that hubspot can be very benifical
