HubSpot Is So Helpful!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can send large email sequences, and schedule the emails that will follow. The personalization links are very helpful as well as the link to schedule a meeting. The deals dashboard is also very organized and a great place to store information about current leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to Sales Hub is that you can only enroll 50 contacts in a sequence at a time, so it takes a lot of clicking the same buttons over and over again when sending big email campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Hub helps with sending cold email sequences to lots of contacts at one time. I also like that I can see which contacts have opened the emails and clicked on the link.
Hubspot helps me streamline efficiencies.
What do you like best about the product?
Sequences and templates helps me better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting capabilities need to be improved and made a little easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot saves time and allows me to expand my reach.
Excellent CRM for prioritizing contacts and keeping everyone at the proper point in the funnel!
What do you like best about the product?
Proper use of email sequences allows you to keep in constant contact with prospects to nurture them until they are ready to invest and move forward with your services.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a disconnect between the contact and the company. While that can be sorted fairly easily on my end, having essential information only appear on one or the other side can be frustrating and require hopping back and forth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot assists me in keeping my day organized and prioritized. The integration with my email and calendar is extremely helpful. And I love that emails I send thru HubSpot are all tracked so that I can see read reports.
HubSpot Sequences
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use the sequence function to reach out to a large number of people all at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hard part is if someone changes companies - it doesn't always update the information as quickly as you'd like, so you end up getting several bouncebacks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform helps me track candidates, do outreach, and save contacts easiliy.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to navigate HubSpot, all of the features and analytics that are available, and the workflows and sequences! There are so many great and useful features, that I can't possibly just pick one I like the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Until you feel comfortable with workflows, they can be a little challenging to create and make sure you have every necessary step in place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of trying to keep up with our growing number of contacts. We can manually add tasks or create sequences or workflows that will automatically assign tasks so that we don't miss any opportunities to touch base with our customers.
Have enjoyed using HubSpot and HubSpot calling. Their task feature is great to keep you on track.

I like the tasks feature the best. It helps keep me on track
What do you dislike about the product?
Meeting links do not always work as planned. I have a minimum 3 day void to book meetings which is not always registered on meeting links sent
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving my issue of knowing who to contact and when. It is helping with timing and not over sharing information with certain contacts
HubSpot is an amazing sales tool for any business
What do you like best about the product?
That it links up to other apps! It is so useful that you can just quickly open LinkedIn via someone's profile on HubSpot. Also that it links to outlook and you can send and view emails without having to manually log them.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it crashes. Sometimes when the site is down, it makes it difficult to open LinkedIn profiles or save deals. I must say this is however only on the odd occasion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves wasting time- allows quick and easy access and organisation. It allows us to give candidates contact owners, solving the issue of crossing over onto eachothers.

What do you like best about the product?
Utilizing the different features of Hubspot like tasks, notifications, and priority levels to stay organized and prioritize my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not yet found a downside to using Hubspot. There are enough customizable features to use Hubspot the way you need to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is helping me not only keep track of all my clients but also helping to organize them and notifying me when they have new activities. It is a dashboard where I can see al that I have done and still need to do to best communicate with my prospective clients.

It puts everything I need to see in one convenient, easy-to-navigate location
What do you dislike about the product?
It should be easier to locate new contact assignments in the tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The deals feature is the most useful organizational tool within the entire site for me. The ability to see all of my contacts, meetings set, and meetings that have fallen off solves so many organizational pipeline issues I have experienced in the past.

Have not seen anything I dislike so far.

I'm able to have all clients lined up in tasks so I'm able to talk to multiple in a short period of time.
