Hubspot is awsome
What do you like best about the product?
Bad things aside, I genuinely love this product. It is such a powerful tool that can do so much. I could write about everything it does and can do, but I don't think there is enough space here. So in short... I highly recommend HubSpot.
Communications - Chat, Emails, Tracking, Snippets, Templates, etc. These tools keep our team connected to the clients and make our team more connected to each other at the same time.
Automation - Sequences, Workflows, Meetings, etc.
Customizations - Deals, Contacts, Reports, etc. Being able to Co-Create these helps tremendously!

What do you dislike about the product?
I find the interface to be a bit unorganized and sometimes the information added about projects looks clogged which sometimes makes it difficult to access specific information.
Sometimes we have to deal with different currencies because we have clients all over the world but the exchange rate tool is not always accurate, causing us to slow down our work.

What do you like best about the product?
Because the user interface is modern and friendly to use. Also loving the tracked notifications
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability not to filter business based on industry type and the slow update of company info EG: Company email addresses
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking productivity and making sure that my deal sheet as a salesperson is updated. Also a great way to store information that would be accessible at any moment
Efficiency, speed and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
When you synchronize Hubspot with google and slack, you truly see the power of the tools. It saves me time for reports for sales and marketing analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any online system .. hey sometimes there are some bugs ... but it happens to the best .. so it's all forgiven.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, I can follow our forecast, and create dashboards to keep an eye on our KPIs. As per communicating with clients, we have created templates that help us to be efficient.

If you're looking for a hand-on system that is both efficient and easy to use and (tweak) go no further ... you have it with hubspot.

The automated sequences using customized templates has been the most helpful in our outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sequences management section is not intuitive. Templates organization could be improved.

Hubspot sales Hub is allowing us to automate our outreach, build custom email campaigns, and monitor and track prospects that are engaging with our emails. It has helped us increase outbound sales.

HubSpot Sales Hub is a great tool to automate your sales outreach, engage with a larger audience and keep track of your outbound activities.

Simple to understand, with lots of resources to help with education.

I would like to see more outbound sales integrations.

Conversion rates, connection rates, pipeline health

Simplistic UI. Simplifying lead management via reporting function offered on HubSpot Dashboard. One click and I have an understanding of what my day will look like
What do you dislike about the product?
With any SaaS solution, there will be technical issues one will face with long-term usage. It appears HubSpot is various functions down at times. Missing call logs, call function, task reminders not always available due to technical errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead organization. Allowing me to have a detailed understanding of my sales funnel and prioritize leads from the top down. I am in absolute love with the task reminders.

Ease of use is key!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is easy to use and intuitive, especially for folks who are new to a CRM. It is extremely easy to get folks onboarded and the support is second to none!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was A/B testing for sequences, transcriptions for calls, and the ability to use multiple subject lines in a single sequence would be helpful. I do wish some of the reporting was a little more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With HubSpot Sales Hub I can easily track deals, log calls, and manage tasks. It helps to streamline my work. It definitely helps me to be more productive! I appreciate the ease of use.

You'll be please with the majority of its CRM capabilities and support is amazing!

What do you dislike about the product?
Tasks. Because even the prospect rejected me, the Hubspot keeps on reminding me to follow up with that person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The sorting out of filters for my contacts. I realized that I can adjust the column to see the country/region where my prospect is located so I can target them accordingly.

Easy to track contact activity, book meetings, schedule sequences and edit marketing email copy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish the dashboard reports were a bit more advanced. I find them quite limiting so it's hard to present overview findings and stats in these reports, instead I have to do them all through filters.

Identifying and organizing customer interest has become a lot easier. For the most parts, the reports dashboard gives a nice holistic view.
