6 months using Hubspot, and I love it!

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's Sales Hub is user-friendly to use once trained, and they offer great training courses to guide you through the process. For those new to Hubspot (or any other CRM software), make sure you put time into watching videos and earn your Hubspot badges - it will only help you in the long run! Also a pro tip: download the Google Chrome extension if you haven't already (it allows you to confirm once emails have been sent/opened/clicked)
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing in particular that I find missing in the product, it satisfies all my needs as a BDR and I'm able to use it effectively to complete all my tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to accurately keep track of warm/hot leads and focus my energy on prospects that need nurturing the most. Hubspot has made me extremely more efficient, and I can't speak enough about how much I love the Google Chrome extension (which keeps me in the know at all times.)

Take the time to find courses that apply to you in the Knowledge Base section.

Great CRM! Easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to make custom reports and contact views-- really allows me to streamline my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that beefing up the text editor for email templates is important. Being able to make sub-folders in the template library is also something missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all of my information and work processes live in one organized place. We've been able to effectively mold it around our goals and workflows.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Find out every way you can use it (CRM, Marketing, Analytics) You can squeeze a lot out of hubspot!

What do you like best about the product?
The organization and sales pipeline clearly define and help us move towards completing our goals!
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be more tutorials and processes surrounding templates and automated sequences, they can be slightly confusing and don't always work the way they're intended.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are closing the communication gaps that were caused by lack of organization prior to using Sales Hub.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hubspot saves all the notes, you can quickly review the history of the account. You know who was the contact you spoke to, last time you call and what promotions were happening.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to be very specific with spelling to search and if there are multiple telephone numbers Hubspot may not pick up on it. The links to the websites do not always work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am to keep up with my daily activities. I can easily access clients' history. The task function helps me stay organized with my follow-up. I like that the program is able to connect my work email with the contact. It will not connect if the contact is not associated with the account.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great tool to keep you organized and review history of each account

What do you like best about the product?
I already used a lot of CRM previously and Hubspot was the most user-friendly one. It is a sales-friendly tool, you can easily add and follow new opportunities and the email tracking tool is a must.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, Hubspot is hardly customizable. Even if you don't need more information, I would have loved to have the choice of setting our displays and filters and having more customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot gives a feeling of security and is easy to hold. You can jump into your sales activities very quickly. During prospecting hours it is really easy to add new companies in your pipe.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good for start-ups. Easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Hubspot is the ability to create a support ticket inbox that tracks customer inquiries. Our team can maintain a fast response time and ensure that we respond to all inquiries. We consistently receive positive feedback from customers because of our fast response times. The ability to have designated inboxes for these support tickets allows each department to manage customer inquiries.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar features often seem limited to accommodate for many different types of meetings and scheduling times. We sometimes struggle using this function in the way that we'd like to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have realized that Hubspot allows us to track revenue for all products and that we can create lists to target specific cliental. We are able to connect with the customers most likely to convert.

I think just some features like calling and emailing could use some updates to make it look and run smoother.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot consistently provides big value! It helps my team stay organized and in sync.

While I wish that there were integrations available for tools like Notion, I still appreciate the ease of use of Hubspot.

We've found that being able to have a knowledge hub is greatly beneficial.
