Easy to use and great support/academy if you cant do something you can get help

I dont like that I cant enrol companies into sequences

It allows for a simple process. The more time I save the more sales I can make

Everything! Hubspot is excellent. Would wholly recommend to any business.

Nothing - everything is great. I do not have any trouble with HubSpot sales.

Hubspot sales is helping us keep track of deals, as well as profit. It is easy to export and is Great for keeping things in one place where everyone can access them.
Great programme. It makes life easier and has amazing features!!
What do you like best about the product?
The cross-referencing and record keeping is amazing. This programme is a great recommendation for anyone with a large database of contacts and deals. Once a person gets used to the system , it just goes deeper and deeper.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I can't upload documents from my Android phone, so i need to do that from my laptop. I understand it is a Hubspot thing and not because of my phone. This is in the process of being rectified though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of forgetting which stage a specific deal is on. It aslo solves the problem of losing contact details such as when communication was made last.

Its versatility. I can solve multiple business needs in one place.

Nothing at the moment. It is a perfect solution for us.

Easy to use functions, task, call, note, send emails, calls.

I don't like the fact that sometimes some information is saved twice after accessing the save button for a note or a task

It saves my time, it notifies me when to call a client, to send details, emails, the dates and times we spoke, it keeps all my information well structured

Hubspot is the simplest UI I have used of all the CRMs so far, hassle-free

Its is streamlining how I can automate my leads within sequences, it helps in tracking opens and clicks efficiently

Hubspot helps me to keep me on track with my daily tasks especially the ones which are really important. It helps me manage my time and be able to be more effective in closing accounts. Lastly, it gives me data that I need to follow my progress
