A great sales, lead and content tool
What do you like best about the product?
The automation and Sales funnelling that can achieve, the way leads , turn into sale turn into invoiced customers
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to complain about, you do need like all CRMs to do the tutorials. to get a firm grid on the product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
multiple locations many leads sources, 50 staff members in every country in the world, all on the same page
Hubspot is a very user friendly and straight forward CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of logging, reviewing, and monitoring tasks and results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some small issues like bugs every now and then. Also, the auto-formatting of contact numbers. Though it can be easily disabled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can't really say much on this but those minor bugs here and there are annoying at times but other than that, Hubspot is superb.

Because with Hubspot Sales Hub is can creat workflows for process, managing entrance of leads for several channels, create field personalized, create automation e and others functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot Sales Hub dont have easy interface to using. And, still dont have labals for managing cards in pipleine of deals. The repports module is good, but, he can be more easy

Today, the Hubspot Sales Hub help me with organization process and visibility my operation team in real time for make better decisions and change road of my team

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about HubSpot is that it has very multiple options to reach out to the prospects and gather all of their information as well as follow up with them and see what the results are after every interaction with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I do dislike about HubSpot is that the prices of the accounts are a bit high in prices especially when it comes to having to buy an account for each one of our users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, there is no actual problem that I would be having in regards to the program, I think they are still doing a fantastic job resolving the issues that we encounter right away.

Lead generation process and sales qualification for us and also the dashboards for visual representation is working for us

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of having multiple versions of the same dashboard. Organize and customize sales funnel views. Easy to know who is involved and if the contact is hot or cold. Contact registration, ease of recording actions, and sharing info with other team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
You must have higher permission to export some data from the sales funnel report. Sometimes I would like to conduct deeper analyses on the sales funnel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps me have a clear and objective view of how my leads are in the sales funnel. It makes me more productive by focusing on the hottest and easiest clients to close.

The ease of use for sales teams, task queues, and the ability to have a source of truth on all lead and deal records that is shared across Marketing, Customer Support and Operations teams.

There could be better deal prioritization / rotting features and call integrations.

Sales deal pipeline management, task management, lead qualification, automated outreach, lead scoring, playbooks (training). transparency into all touchpoints with all teams.

Sometimes my incoming calls don't always track

It's so easy for me to log calls, emails and events and update that activity with useful notes that I can refer back to.
