HubSpot is a great CRM tool that allows me be able to manage my pipeline efficiently.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to set reminders. I also like how HubSpot automatically lets you know when you have something to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike I am pretty much able to do everything I need to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to manage my pipeline, send out emails in an efficient manner, and track my results.

HubSpot is a must for lead's management and outreach
What do you like best about the product?
Many great features enable the tracking and management of newly acquired leads. It's intuitive, and whenever issues arise, the customer success team is always nearby.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see more collaborative features so it's more straightforward when tasks need to be assigned to colleagues or follow-ups are required. The UX is functional too, but it could be more appealing on the mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can keep track of leads outreach and what stage they're at, leave notes for context, and enroll leads on workflows and sequences. And finally, HubSpot's dashboards allow users to have a clear view of what's going on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To make it worth the price, users must dedicate time to cleaning the CRM. Otherwise, it'd be a waste of effort and time.

I like how it allows me to stay organized. And how it allows me to automate a lot of the tedious parts of my job.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the automated time settings for email automation in sequences.

I have realized how effective HubSpot is with allowing me to reach out to way more prospects than I would be able to manually.
A very thorough, comprehensive tool. Can be overwhelming at times but overall incredible

The potential here is massive. Limits outside spreadsheets and helps to streamline communication.

Guidance is definitely needed as there is ALOT to this CRM.

Less spreadsheets, better tracking and better communication. I would recommend this CRM to anyone

Great software for managing client relationships, tasks, and communications
What do you like best about the product?
I love that HubSpot keeps track of all my clients & my communications with them in one place. I can see all of my clients and filter them with ease. I can also easily see all of my communications with a client including emails, phone calls, texts, video meetings, and more! HubSpot also increases my communication skills through sending scheduled emails at the best time of day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find sometimes features within HubSpot aren't fully completed. For example, you can't edit company properties through a form. The new list layout also doesn't make editing certain fields the easiest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our institution uses HubSpot to manage prospective students coming to our school. With the thousands and thousands of prospective students, it can be hard to track each student. However, HubSpot allows us to not only manage, but specialize our communication with each prospective student as we can note their interests in our school. Overall, HubSpot really helps us create a unique experience for each prospective student.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try if you have lots of contacts to manage! Try out templated emails, sequences, and more. There's plenty of ways to automate things, but there's also many ways to keep things personal with each and every client. I hope that HubSpot can bring you the same efficiency that it brings me and my team.
Quick, efficient and convinient.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is being able to quickly pick the templates, make edits on the go and send them. Surprisingly, you can also monitor the effectiveness of your templates using the analytics dashboard, which displays what template is performing the best!
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel there are still some features that could be made available, like conditional Sequences. If a prospect enrolled in a sequence opens an email - is followed up by an email A. If the prospect doesn't open the email, it is followed up by an email B.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables me to prospect more numbers than a usual/off Hubspot email campaign. It saves me a hefty amount of time when I use additional features like Email tracking, workflows and sequences.
Really love all the automation and reporting available through HubSpot.

HubSpot calling isn't the best and it isn't set up for education the best

We can track our sales pipeline more closely and have noticed trends with certain populations.

Great tool for the BDR team. I like that it integrates with Salesforce and Zoominfo

Sometimes it takes a minute to figure out how it works (without watching videos)

The Business Development Team's outbound campaigns, web traffic tracking, and lead scoring. It has helped in message automation

I already recommended Hubspot to my former employer - Capacity LLC, North Brunswick, NJ and I think they are being onboarded.

What do you like best about the product?
Very esay to manage List, Emails, and Sequences. I have been using Hubspot for 7 months now and it has been amazing. Very easy to pick up.
What do you dislike about the product?
list filtering system could use some improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass enrollment has been a big win for me. Our team also uses Hubspot for other features that seem to be working well for us!
