Good Piece of Software
What do you like best about the product?
The existing integration with the other software that are in use at the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Echoing other reviews you can find online, could get expensive quickly for a small company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily client pipeline management
HubSpot keeps me on track!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's autofill function for companies and contacts is invaluable to my day to day business. I like getting a clear picture of the businesses I work with as soon as I enter a domain name.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's so expansive! I know there are more functions available than I can keep tabs of. Sometimes I get information overload while trying to find a particular piece of information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking business development relationships primarily. Being able to log calls, emails, notes, and reminders in one space is a life saver. I stay on track with my day to day because I trust HubSpot to remind me of my daily tasks.
The Perfect Sales Toolkit
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot sales hub provides all the necessary tools needed to effectively combine and implement sales and marketing strategies to help grow a business. Its richness in features provides marketers and sales personnel with formidable tools to improve their sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the Sales Hub can always be improved but for me, it served the purpose for which it was intended. Great product!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used and still using HubSpot Sales Hub with my team to achieve some of our sales and marketing implementations and we've been able to seamlessly use the software. Our implementations have been better as well as tracking the progress of activities that are ongoing in the sales pipeline. In other words, Sales Hub has helped us save time, money and resources while scaling up our marketing efforts.
Strong solution and flexible
What do you like best about the product?
They are constantly adding features that I am actually looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much really. With these solutions it is all about setting things up correctly. There are a few big companies they don't integrate with yet like Outreach
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of our funnel and forecasting. the reporting is very easy to set up and the dashboards give me the view I need and they are very customizable
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It can be pricey but they have a lot of tools and you get what you pay for. There is also a lot of training available, make good use of it.
Pipelines made easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the workflow and sequence options the best because it makes my job easier with automation. Also really enjoy the deal feature to allow me to have a clean pipeline at all times.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the integrations are faulty at times and I tend to experience technical difficulties quite a bit. Overall I don't have anything bad to say other than there could be MORE
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
everything can be centralized and data is easier to sort once put into Hubspot. The benefit of this is I can gather reports at any time to give me, real-time data at my finger tips

This CRM is fantastic! I am able to automate a lot of my tasks and make every day work a little easier with the help of HubSpot!
Easy to use and extremely robust, some limits to customization for non-traditional use
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is easy to use, pretty robust and customizable, mainstream enough to sync with most other platforms, and Hubspot provides myriad learning opportunities to help you better optimize the platform. It's extremely user-friendly and having used Zendesk Sell and Salesforce in the past, Hubspot certainly takes the cake.
What do you dislike about the product?
My company utilizes hubspot in a nontraditional way, and some of the workflows have limitations to the parameters and enrollment criteria that requires us to use a third party platform, which is out of my purview and easy to mess up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep track of all our customers, and is an effective outreach platform for email, marketing, forms, etc. Really everything can stem from Hubspot, even our mass texting and outreach is set up (nontraditionally) through workflows. I love having all those things in one place as a growing company.
Hubspot as a Sales CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is easy to use, the learning curve is not as steep as say Salesforce.

What do you dislike about the product?
Too few integrations. Namely, the lack of integration with Microsoft Teams can make it difficult to directly schedule a meeting, often necessitating extra steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm generating revenue; as a sales tool, it does exactly what it is intended to do.
An excellent CRM to manage your leads and build sales pipelines
What do you like best about the product?
The deals dashboard is very slick and neat which will help you to keep track of your ongoing deals. The views of the deals dashboard can also be customized according to your preferences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though pipelines are an excellent tool for salespeople, the exact purpose/function of these two pipelines could've been explained better through interactive walkthroughs and tutorials, so that they could make the most out of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem I'm solving is that i can always manage my leads and keep a track of them, The properties that the dashboard provides are very easy to define the lead which also helps you told filter out leads accordingly and set stages for it.
One tool for nurture all your leads
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is one place where we can create /import leads from cloud and make calls, send mails, maintaine a2z all the details about the lead from creation to convert or cold.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes calling option doesn't work properly and to identify the lead in large sets bit difficult could have add more filters and analysis / summary options about the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use to maintain all the client /customers info in the hubspot which we generate from social media then rest all the activities lead nurture, email campaign we use to do by using this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
What we like most about Sales Hub is that we're able to have proper segmentation for our teams, create custom layouts and properties for the different departments, set required fields, and create custom reports. The custom objects are highly beneficial, especially since our teams have different needs - One team might want to keep track of zip codes, whereas another one only tracks the cities. With Sales Hub we can pick and choose, by team, the most relevant properties to make visible in the left sidebar. In addition to that, these custom properties can be set as required fields as our reps are moving deals through the Pipeline. If we want to ensure that a certain piece of information, like customer base, has been recorded before a deal reaches the "Contracting" stage of the pipeline, we can request that piece of information during the "Solutioning" stage. The Sales Hub custom reporting has been a huge help in leveraging our data as well. We've created multiple dashboards with reports that pull information from all records - contact, company, deal.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish there was more functionality when it comes to the reports. We can't create a "time spent in pipeline stage" report that shows the total amount of time a deal has spent in its current stage, because HubSpot doesn't have a "todays date" property. If we want to find out how many active users we have, we can't create a report that shows that. It would also be great if we could have conditional properties and dynamic reports where we can pull not only the current value for a property but all its historical values too. In regards to integrations, we had hoped for more bidirectional syncs. It seems like most HubSpot integrations only allow for data to travel in one direction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Hub has provided us with the tools we need to optimize and automate our onboarding experience. It has made the process easy to track and manage. We now know where each deal stands in our Pipeline and can collaborate on how to move forward. Instead of having to remember to send out a specific email once a deal is won, we can automate the email send and set the deal stages as triggers. With recurring tasks, our account managers are notified/reminded of when it's time to touch base with a partner. Managers have a lot more visibility and can keep track of completed tasks through automated and custom reporting.
