Great CRM, easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Super user-friendly. Creating sequences is really easy and fast. Reports are easy to read and create.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, there's nothing I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a Sales Rep and I use HubSpot every day. Using sequences I don't need to send manual emails. It's easy to use.
A CRM system that keeps you accountable and on task
What do you like best about the product?
the workflows and automation you can set within the system. I love how you can create snippets for easy emailing and set set auto send dates and times for emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
it is difficult to set default dashboards

HubSpot helps with keeping me organized and on task

I don't really have any qualms. I think Hubspot is a wonderful tool to be utilized.

It is helping our office better communicate with our traveling sales team.

The ability to connect with prospects at scale while monitoring the most effective tactics has been a huge help to me and our organization.

Very few things I dislike, but I wish we could email multiple people from the same company.

It is allowing me to reach the right prospects with the right messaging consitently. It is helping us be more efficient with outreach and save time.

Hubspot sales allows me to stay organized and quick when it comes to responding to emails.

I think Hubspot sales could improve the email sequence set up to be a bit more semaless.

It is solving many problems but I thik the most important is keeping track of my goals and tracking my email campaign success.

What do you like best about the product?
With HubSpot Sales Hub, it is so easy to not only track and report my sales, but also the sales of our team, and the entire company! The deals and quotes functions make it easy to manage information - and all of my sales documents are all in one place! Also, with the tasks feature, I can easily assign myself tasks and stay organized and on top of things each day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that I can think of, and this is probably something that needs to be fixed on our end, is the way users are assigned a deal when it comes in. Sometimes it will assign my clients to other teammates - so I do have to watch out for that!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a smaller business, HubSpot Sales is helping us save more money by only having to pay for one platform to be able to manage the entire sales process. It is also awesome that our team only has to train individuals on HubSpot, and after that they are good to go - saving us time and money to train new employees.

I love that it tracks progress as well as user activity, and how convenient it is when keeping track of contacts

Sometimes it doesn't track emails accurately or is a bit slow on that front

HubSpot provides all the tools for sales managers to successfully do their job and make their day-to-day activities easy and automated.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot automatically creates contacts off of emails, not everyone we email belongs in our CRM
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small team, but with HubSpot our outreach has increased 10x as if we were a 100 person sales team. We also have landed more meetings with HubSpot forms and meeting link integration.

I love being about to keeps multiple contacts and keep notes together for those contacts

None, I like the whole product. Very easy to use

The tracking feature allows me to focus and respond quickly to potential clients
