What do you like best about the product?
It is a nice place to be able to track all the deals you are currently working on with the members. Process is smooth as well and easy to locate what you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can seem a little repetitive for the lending world. It is manually input so it tends to be twice the work from the other programs that are currently being used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to go back and look at things you have done previously or what others have done with members as well. It let's all of us see who has done what already.

What do you like best about the product?
There are multiple facets to this tool that make it easy to work with, from calendar booking to email tracking and meeting recording. Everything is in one place and it works like a charm.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because there are so many features, sometimes data can be saved in nonsensical places. For example, if you create a deal on a company, the company name doesn't automatically transfer over, so you have to set everything from scratch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily use the sales hub for sharing my calendar, tracking customer correspondence, and details on how customers are using my application. It centralized what we previously used multiple tools for, saving some money.

What do you like best about the product?
All of the contact information and activity is stored in one location. The reports are easy to pull as well. The help center is great as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot set up different team with the free version.

Before, we had several different spreadsheets capturing information; with HubSpot the data is stored all in one location.

I like how easy it is to use. The marketing team loves it and I like how easily it syncs to Salesforce.

When there are syncing issues and the information doesn't populate correctly.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to automate the deal rotation, deal stages, and sequences. I have 10+ sequences that I can easily modify for target markets that I'm working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The custom reporting can get confusing. Luckily HS live chat is very responsive.
