Actually amazing on Sales Pro tier of subscription
What do you like best about the product?
Everything continues to tie together nicely in a concise mapping of your customer's journey.
You can track even the most complex enterprise industrial sale via Hubspot - multiple stakeholders (I do 5 to 15 buyer comittee sales on it), complex budget approval cycles, long lists of contacts to nurture, large pipelines (~~100 deals, ~~50M per rep).
Sales Engagement requires a lit bit of effor to build but otherwise you can do the work and get it going.
Oh and the new Sales Workspace is Baller!!! The new Tasks queue and execution are also Baller!!! And the new Breeze AI helps a lot with note taking and Next Step evaluation.
Oh and the coaching playlists and standard sales reports are amazing - Forecasting has never been better, nor keeping in touch with reps's strengths and weaknesses.

What do you dislike about the product?
One tradeoff of the increasing value we are getting for the platform is tthat the unopinionated a way (too modular) that the features are beign released in makes using the platform veeeeeeeeeeery complex.
I for once can no longer handle the Sales Ops of my CRM as a Sales Manager - without a dedicated Sales Ops I'm toast even for simple things like dashboarding - so yes there's added overhead in the platform nowadays.
I'd say its great if you're over 10M in revenue but not before that unless your business's gross margin is over 60% then you can splurge on a small sales ops squad and make a ton of bang for your bucks.
Brazil only concerns: no cellphone numbered VoIP makes it a pain to log calls

Revenue forecasting, sales document distribution, digital presence (landing pages, meeting scheduling, content distribution, revenue atribution, among others), sales execution, sales ops, sales coaching and deal scoring.

What do you like best about the product?
Features like forecast and playbooks helps our small company to plan better.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a small corporation, the package cost could be troublesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I wrote, planning is more efficient and improves our engagement with leads.

If you start a small business, the features of the sales hub can help you optimize your workflow, but have in mind that the cost is not litttle.

It acts as one unified platform to align sales effort with marketing automation and gives 360-degree visibility on my sales deals, quotes I have received, forecasts and sorted by deal owners; It gets easier to map contacts as they get engaged with us from marketing engine and flow to sales engine

Few of the features require additional pricing; I would have loved if this would have been included in the base package and unlocked all features; It makes little sense to pay less and get less

A Great Tool For Marketing and Sales
What do you like best about the product?
Tracking of email opens and clicks becomes so easy with this tool's help. Our sales Staff can use Hubspot CRM to keep track of all their leads, deals and prospects. Also it gives you very user friendly experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lags while transferring data. The Integrations are very limited. There are only a few mass email amrketing templates available. there is a limit to send automated emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to keep track of inbound leads and sales. Keeping up with my daily tasks and remaining on touch with clientele I don't see everyday.

Hubspot is an excellent platform for tracking, recording, prospecting and communicating in the sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
The advantages include the scheduling of the meetings, automation of multiple processes, tracking of records that includes emails, calls, notes etc. It also provides a set of reporting dashboards. In this tool, the sequences are very easy to assemble. It helps in the tracking of invalid or spam emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since it provides so many features, it can sometimes be slow. Also, the tool is quite complex, and the beginner needs to watch a training video to get started. The tool is more on the expensive side since most of the features are paid, and the user has to upgrade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integration of HubSpot Sales Hub with the salesforce has helped us track the relationships. Also, the tracking of emails has helped our teams. It is widely used by our sales teams. It is a brilliant tool to prospects the sales life cycle that helps increase sales.

It's a fantastic product that has multiple features. Also, it can be integrated with other apps as well. It also helps in tracking of customer information and also for tracking emails that other tools don't do.
Best Option for Large Sales Team
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things that I liked about Hubspot Sales Hub is that it matches emails with each deal for tracking of all the information. Also, it allows the calendar link to book the meetings. The dashboard that it provides by default is very simple and helpful. Another advantage is that it integrates with other apps as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that can be improved is that to use any additional features other than the features that they provide then the user has to upgrade or pay more for that feature. Also, the search features need some improvement. Also, the reporting capability needs some additional visualizations. Sometimes it can be slow.

HubSpot Sales Hub is a powerful tool to be used across the sales and marketing teams. We used it to track the emails and for sales purposes. Also, it has helped the organization to track the customers and contact information.

The layout. I love how easy it is to navigate hubspot.

The transition from previous systems. I think improving data transitions will greatly help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not really been able to resolve any issues and boy are there a lot of issues but work arounds and loop holes work.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is great for automating prospecting and being able to cast a broader net to your audience. Provides helpful tips on email prospecting and sequences are a lifesaver. Moving from relying on manually calling and emailing all prospects to automating emails and having a call task list everyday has almost tripled my weekly output and led to more meetings plus a better quality of meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be very difficult to create reports to review for analytics. Also not able to filter tasks by company alphabetically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to upload contacts from other sources like ZoomInfo or linkedin Nav is extremely helpful. It's really helped my company better organize our data from previous meetings and have notes in one place.

If you're a small business or startup HS is great for you. I've used other CRMs from Salesforce to MS Dynamics and Hubspot is by far the most useful and helpful tool I've used.
