Good tool for managing your sales pipleline
What do you like best about the product?
Its free and very much customisable to manage your sales pipeline. The Pipeline tool helps convert customers easily. Plus the auto email is really nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI and flow could be simpler for faster setup

HubSpot Is Great
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is simplified. The way the task lists streamline what I need to get done has been extremely beneficial to making my day much more efficient. The previous CRM we used was not intuitive and complicated. HubSpot is simple and no BS.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could organize my task list by area code. I also wish that I could create different options for rescheduling items on my calendar. For example, there are options to reschedule for 2 weeks, 1 month, etc. but I wish I could create options for 4 days, 3 weeks, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything is very well organized. It is great to be able to search any key word, phone number, name, or company and all the results will be compiled nicely. The interface is also just very clear and neat.

Certain features like other modules integration....
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead management, followup, sales analysis becomes easy.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly, excellent help support and easy to navigate. I love the great how to videos as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
How the format of emails sometimes look different when you set up the campaign versus once they are deployed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to not be able to see analytics on our email campaigns. We can now see everything in one spot using HubSpot Sales Hub.

Hubspot Makes Your Sales traceable and manageable
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to manage my pipeline, assign tasks to myself or my team members. I can integrate it with my mailbox by chrome extension and need not keep a track of things separately. As soon as I send the mail, it gets logged and tracked and I can assign a FUP task then and there itself. Also, it has an app which makes it easy to manage things even from my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times when I run a marketing campaign and if I get replies, I am not able to see the their replies in the contact's log. Also at times even if the domain is assigned to one sales person, when an inbound comes, it gets reassigned to someone else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing pipeline and followup becomes really easy. I havent used any other CRM tool earlier and thus it used to be very difficult to keep a track of when to followup with whom. Hubspot has taken all that load off my head and I can focus on my closures. With the hubspot app, I can keep a track of things even through my phone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Once you start using the tool extensively, your life becomes easy and you are able to focus more on closing the deals rather than getting stuck in the operations.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's intuitive and I don't have to take classes to figure out how to get things done. My time is short enough as it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could do sequences in groups; I know that's something my marketing team can do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can focus on moving the ball forward, without dropping the other balls in the air.

You'll never find a better product to get you up and running and actually selling than HubSpot.
HubSpot has been essential to our scaling the Business Development function at our firm.
What do you like best about the product?
The front-end work with the back-end payoff of the sequences has been very helpful for the automation of outreach (although >1000 / day would be helpful for widespread campaigns).
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no specific filters (at least that I could find) that would filter out previously campaigned individuals. This means that I usually have to remember when the campaign ended with everyone who wasn't removed for one reason or another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The manual nature of any tool besides HubSpot is taxing, especially as the individual that does all of our prospecting in the entire organization for NNLS. HubSpot's automation, specifically with sequencing, changes the game for our weekly prospecting approach.

If you're looking for today's Rolodex, look no further.

List and sequences creation is intuitive and straightforward.
Also, task creation and follow-ups are way more manageable with Hubspot-
Compared to other options (as an SDR) is a great first approach to CRMs.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, what I don't like at all, compared to other CRMs, is:
- On sequences, you cannot send more than five automated emails.
- Once the sequence ends, there is no way to enroll the same prospect on a different one (I do this because I cannot add more than five automated emails)
- You cannot export your most engaged prospects.

There is nothing left in my head. All the gathered information across the prospect and company lives in Hubspot, the follow-up tasks, call notes, log emails, notes keeps me out of the weeds and more focused on the sales strategy,

What do you like best about the product?
Views of accounts and the deals dashboard. Reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of customer support, bugs, slow, annoying to integrate with other things like zoominfo, sequences are slow to update and get a lot of errors in them (repopulating tasks after completing). Lists on ly 50 - but I get why.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting on client/ prospect engagement, completing tasks so much faster in sequences saving time and energy. Sharing info with team members (tagging, work problems, activity)

The easy of use. It really helps me keep a correct progress and data on each lead I am working on.

I would really like to have a better UI/UX
