Hubspot Sales Hub
What do you like best about the product?
Our Sales Team relies on the Hubspot Sales Hub daily and it is seamless in our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
We like it just the way it is and don't have any improvements in mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved the issue with one rep forgetting to others what is going on with an account and allows everything to be completed in one place.
Great to send an email blast to 500 of my customers takes about 10 minutes of my time.

Lets me know when customers have opened my email

don't have nothing i dislike about hub spot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is solving my time and helps me with templates that i constantly send to my customers.
Great Analytics Tools
What do you like best about the product?
You can manage everything with leads regarding communication, tracking, behavior, and all the way until closing. You don't need to use any other software to manage sales, which is so efficient and easy. You can also customize to gain your own insights, forecasting, and analytics, and they even have pre-built reports and trackers for you to start with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I've found is that they don't have a way for you to track sales reps goals vs actuals (on a visual graph). However, HubSpot is really good about feedback and I wouldn't be surprised if they implement that soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insights and analytics! They have so many automatic reports (how long is a deal in each stage, for example).

What do you like best about the product?
I love the sequences and calendar capabilities. I also love how easy it is to run through my tasks everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would change woud be not being able to run through company and contact pages like you can your tasks. You pretty much have to open new tabs.

A way for me to remember who I have spoken with and when to follow up.

What do you like best about the product?
Our team uses the HubSpot automation features a lot. We have built sequences and workflows that make us much more efficient and accurate. Also, the customer support has been great. Whenever I have a question, I just the HubSpot Chat Feature and one of their representatives can help me out.
What do you dislike about the product?
In rare cases, I'll run into a limitation in the software that prevents me from doing exactly what I want. These are mostly edge cases though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our lead generation is centered around cold emails. We've built sequences and workflows to manage all of our emails, the leads, and where the leads are in the pipeline. This manual process would take hundreds of hours per week. Due to the power of automation of HubSpot, our team is able to save hundreds of hours and erase the element of human error.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the hubspot notifications that shows me who viewed emails or sequences I created. Allows me to keep my pipeline up to date, also a great temperature gauge of where the prospect is in the process

It takes a while to learn how to use every tool. Also to set up the sales hub (personally in a way that works for you). Improve upon what an individuals uses most, and maybe ask for suggestions

Time. Sales hub saves you so much time and organizes things for you.
Hubspot - easy to use, adopt and use as a single view of the customer
What do you like best about the product?
I have always liked how easy it is to use Hubspot. If you have ever used a CRM, the interface is intuitive, easy to learn (for everyday use) and has the capabilities to grow with the demands of the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you plan on being a super user, there are some frustrations around finding the location of more advanced functions. With that being said, the tutorials do answer 90% of those questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Hub is driving our sales process and has enabled the key steps in the process to be a requirement, so reps can't cut corners and so that we are setting up our customers, our deals, and our company's forecast for success and accuracy in the associated expectations. It makes my life easier, as I don't have to search for external documents, I just let the tool guide the processes.
Very straight forward, I cannot live without HubSpot.

Its very easy to use and helps keep the organization organized with the many moving pieces that we do have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, HubSpot does exactly what it is meant to do. Can't complain.

Staying organized with sequence tasks, never lets any conversations slip through the cracks if you set it up right.

Hubspot has helped make my days both proficient and successful. It is easy to use and allows for consistent and automated follow-ups. HubSpot has transformed how I set up my day for success, by providing all the tools needed to reach new customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is great, nothing I would say I dislike. Hubspot is an absolute must for any sales-based company!
