    Computer Software

Very good improvements with forecasts!

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Hubspot for more than 4 years total with 2 different employers, and I can see the improvement in the platform and the way it operates. The sales forecast function is quite useful for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has been a good number of cases where Hubspot would stop working or gets very slow. I do think that this is something that must be resolved as some customers can't handle not being able to access their CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better manage my team's progress towards their quotas and the transparency it provides to the entire process. The forecast features helps keep my team members accountable.

Hubspot Sales Hub for winning Sales teams

What do you like best about the product?
The deals pipeline is the best feature. It helps our sales team track deals through the various deal stages throughout the sales process
What do you dislike about the product?
The only part I dislike about sales hub is that it can be slightly confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping our sales teams collaborate and keep track of sales and clients.

HubSpot is Great for Sales and Marketing

What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly as far as a CRM is concerned. You don't need to go through a lot of training to know how to use it. We are using it to filter leads and prospects and it keeps great track of where they are in the sales cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to do things in multiple places sometimes, which seems useless. You will have to close a deal, change the status of a lead contact and of the company all idividually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We see benefits from using Hubspot to filter leads so that we are able to get them in our sales cycle faster and close more deals. We are able to see the activity of our sales reps to increase activity and therefore increase sales. It has definitely helped our business produce more revenue.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend reaching out to HubSpot and making sure that you are using it to its fullest. Integrate with as much of your other software as you can.

What do you like best about the product?
Loved being able to monitor when clients interacted with our emails and sales pipelines. It was like watching their interests move along our sales process. We were able to see where our no sales dropped off and gave us lots of beneficial insights into our sales process and how leads interacted with our sales and marketing materials.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had a little trouble with fitting the software into our existing workflows. We don't think our processes are the best but trying to make departments change wasn't worth the fight for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We liked looking behind the curtain of our client's interaction with our marketing and sales materials. It made a difference when we were able to call clients just a few minutes after they opened our emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hub spot is excellent if you set it up early in your sales process or use it as a standalone sales tool. We just struggled with our team on implementing it.

Simple yet powerful

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot makes it very easy to use the sales portion of their product without forcing you to use all of the features. The capabilities are all there, but the required fields are few.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting features are not very intuitive nor easy to use when trying to give others views into your sales process. Sharing your reports is probably the worst capability within HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major problem that I am addressing with HubSpot is tracking our sales pipeline. I have realized a huge benefit associated with the easy way that HubSpot allows you to change the status of a Deal.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Follow their "getting started" e-mails to get the most out of your experience.

What do you like best about the product?
The mails can be added in sequence and effectively sent to the prospect
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a limit of 500 mails to ne scheduled in a day only

Reaching out to many prospect l and keeping a tab on prospect's activity aswell

What do you like best about the product?
Import-export, integrations, flexibility, the opportunity to have different pipelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing at the moment that I don't like in Hubspot.

Easy to use!

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up and use. From making contact or company lists to different dashboards to tracking channel performance to creating chat automation, it's easy to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
The marketing email works but isn't great. I wish there was more you could do with it. Adding the ability to add more fonts or different styles of dividers would be great. Or even having the ability to upload a template from Canva or other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using it to track our different sales channels. There is a lot of data you can pull from each call, email, and deal that gives you a lot of great insight into what you're doing right and what might need to be worked on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have questions, don't be afraid to message support. They're very quick with helping.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to take notes, as well as the ability to create a task and put the task on repeat in order to not have to manually create more and more tasks. It's very beneficial!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are glitches within hubspot, I've had to call support a few times and I'm unable to make calls at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A big benefit for me is the fact I do not have to remember what I spoke to a client about. I'm able to pull up the notes, and start having the conversations from there!

Intuitive and easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot extension used with the Chrome browser, when you click the button it automatically populates the company information into the CRM and other useful information about the company like headcount and head office address.
What do you dislike about the product?
The accuracy of the notification was not always correct when monitoring email opens, and the company address was not always relevant especially if it was not in the same country as me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allowed us to begin building a database of targets and prospects, email integration to outlook that tracked all emails sent and received and phone calls too. You can dial from the CRM as well. The best benefits of HubSpot are the automatic adding of companies or prospects from their website through the Chrome extension and email tracking.
