Essential Tool for Targeted Marketing Campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Sales Hub allows me to narrow down who I send emails to by function and level, which is great for targeting specific roles like CFOs and COOs and tailoring the message to their language and focus. It's also really helpful that I can integrate pre-populated lists, making my tasks simpler. Another thing I enjoy is that HubSpot Sales Hub allows people to directly email me when they respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that a lot of mail software clicks on links and attachments to check for viruses or scams before the recipient even sees them, which leaves false positives in click and open rates. Also, all the bounce backs and auto-replies go straight to the inbox, and I wish I could filter them out through the HubSpot platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub for mass email messaging, narrowing down recipients by function and level, and catering emails to specific roles like CFOs and COOs. It allows me to integrate pre-populated lists and receive direct email responses.

It provides our sales team visibility and tracking into sales activities and deals.

It takes a good bit of training to get the most out of Sales Hub because it is so powerful.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the views it offers could potentially be a little simpler. On the flipside I wish additional features were also offered to allow for more customization within.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub allows for all the normal CRM tools you would expect. It allows our teams to keep track of all of our leads across the company and outbound emails is nice. It certainly saves time digging around for information as our Sales, Marketing and even Accounting teams all use this information for one thing or another.

- User Interface is very good.
- Time zones are very accurate.
- Bulk exports can be done.

- We can't use different subject lines when threading is enabled, would love to see the feature enabled.

- The dashboards are really helpful to compare teams performance and individual performance vs day vs week and vs month.

Hub Spot is pretty good
What do you like best about the product?
Hub Spot CRM allows our sales team to track all of our leads, deals, and opportunities. It is a pretty good tool and their support is decent. So far it is the best we've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is vast, so setting up our Hub Spot account in a way that worked for our niche business and sales team processes took a long time. I probably spent about 80 hours on it in total. Their support team is ok, but you get a random person each time that has no idea who you are, so I find myself re-explaining many times what it is we do - since most of their one size fits all approaches do not really fit us or solve my issue. But for the low price point I feel we are getting value out of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very helpful in reminding our sales team when to follow up with hot leads or warm leads. We land more deals with hub spot vs. if we had no CRM solution.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is secure and intuitive. Asks you questions you wouldn't think to note later on. Everything it asks you is useful in their analytics or in your tired keeping down the road.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I have to log in almost every time. I think that's likely a security feature but is great for email tracking when you remember to turn it back on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking client touches and their information. I've realized it can be incredibly useful when you're stumped and don't know which leads could use your attention or might be up for renewal.

What do you like best about the product?
simple and easy to use, really user-friendly and a good learning curve. Once you become a power-user, even more things open up. Overall very happy with the program
What do you dislike about the product?
So far the API connection for the blogs are the only thing a bit lackluster. We had some issues with it, as not enough information can be retreived through the API

Acquiring new customers and communicating with them in an effective way is the main thing we use HubSpot with. We used to have a chaotic process but now it's a lot more straighforward

I love the workflows feature, This is good to customize easily.
SalesHub has changed the game for our team.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability it gives our team to understand what works and what doesn't. It allows for easy coaching on calls and how effective the reps are being when contacting clients. Great tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real downside is that some features are reserved for the enterprise level and that is a pretty large price commitment. Wish there was a lite version of the enterprise tools that our team could use.

Organizing our teams and allowing for better visibility into our process and our reps efficiency when working their pipeline and making customer-facing activities.
