What do you like best about the product?
Keeping contacts and companies in one place is helpful. The workflows feature is a very powerful tool to customize and implement sales processes as per your business need. Also, a kanban view of deals is very helpful to review the deals pipeline quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to create reports with the rolling date range if you have multiple objects to choose from.
Creating formula-based/dependent custom fields is not very easy.

Increases organization and productivity

What do you like best about the product?
Automated Sequences. Amazing task management and email tracking. Docs, email snippets and email templates so easy to access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very minor features are missing like ccing sequences, a few objects like forms which don't have standalone analytics in report builder, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run our sales ops on hubspot so everything from booking meetings to sending follow up emails to tracking the deal and closing the sale is done in hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is pretty easy to setup and continously optimize for everchanging start up organizations. It provides all of the essential functionality you would need to handle the sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The account management/customer success use-cases aren't ideal compared to alternative options like Salesforce but for Start Ups you can deal with the limitations or find other tools as work arounds.

Lead Management throughout the entire sales process from discovery to closing. The funnel management and email sequences have been essential.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the sales hub process flow. It has multiple option for deal progression. We use zapier with hubspot for data parsing from various sources. Its comparatively valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main dislike in hubspot is timestamp capturing facility. Even it is available in the history log, its not available in the property level. Which is little complicate for reporting

We can track the each and every activity of the sales person using the detailed log in each and every property and stages. Using hubspot, we can focus more on the weak area.

I like the integrations with chrome, slack, and gmail.

There have been a few times where some of my team are unable to make calls for 30 minutes or an hour due to some glitches.

It has really helped communication from our SDRs and AEs and CSMs to make a smoother experience for prospects and clients.

Sometimes email alerts and notifications come through rather late

It is much easier to allocate tasks etc as opposed to other servers used in the past.
I think it works and it is easy to use.

The way you have to search for an applicant. Sometimes it is tricky.

Have no complaints other than it is sometimes hard to find an app. Also, all the emails that track is annoying.

The easy access to administrate hubspot is a much higher level compare to other CRMs. really fast changes and not clunky at all.

the presentation of information can be a little messy at times, this can leave room for errors.
