it is essential to take care of the management of tasks, the risk is to forget them when so many accumulate
Less integrations than SFDC but just as powerful and easier to use.
What do you like best about the product?
simple interface, great mobile apps. out of all the CRM, I used depending on how it was configured I like Hubspot the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whenever you are trying to configure automation with tools like Lucidchart or most other tools they will always have SFDC and then Hubspot. They need to work on getting more tools to integrate with them

Gather sales information on my deals and pipeline making sure my forecastings are shared with my team

tasks, it is fundamental for me to work with tasks in order to know exactly what to do each working day in terms of emails, calls and follow-ups

So far, I cannot say that there is something that I don't like. Maybe the process of generating new companies should be more automatic

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot sales hub has some awesome features, but one that stands out for me is the Deals dashboard, this makes tracking deals and moving from pipeline stage to the next so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot sales hub can get a bit confusing but this is just because it is so feature-rich, and something else that adds to the confusion is that Hubspot change their platform layout every now and then.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot sales hub is massively helping us and our clients keep track of all deals that come in, our sales team can easily see their accounts and all details necessary.

It helps to maintain customer data in a wide range. It helps to keep track. It shows whether the tasks were done or overdue. It helps in follow up with the customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notification to the mail is slow. It delays sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to maintain records. It gives time to time notifications to follow up with the customers. As we send mail to customers through HubSpot, we can know whether the customer opened the mail or not.

I use HubSpot vividly for my work and it's filters make the task extremely easy to check exactly what I need. Also, the contact creation process is super smooth

At times, the website lags while using which breaks the flow a bit

I need to change the properties of contacts as per their current status of employment and accordingly use the dropdowns which is made easy by Sales Hub

One shared system. We have people all over the country and it's nice that we can all work out of the same system. Quick response from HubSpot support.

Our email-to-ticket situation is a little confusing.

We are still working on improving our inventory count in the HubSpot software.
It’s a very easy to use tool.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the reporting feature in the hubspot which makes the work easier. Also it has feature of customizing the reports.

I don't really like the sequence feature. As once the sequence is made there is no option to change the format of it or maybe I am not able to find out.

The problem of working on making reports manually has gone with the help of analytic report. From making contacts to companies go deals everything can be sorted at one place.
