What do you like best about the product?
I like that all of our leads are in one place with a user-friendly feel.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ticketing feature could be easier to use. I want notifications that do not require workflow additions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall sales pipeline status updates. The entire team can keep up to date with long-term projects.

HubSpot Has Increased Our Sales Coverage

What do you like best about the product?
We have used HubSpot to build brand awareness in 2021. Using the email templates and being able to send out emails to a large number of people has helped us tremendously. I also depend on the task notifications to keep me on track with each deal that we engage with. I would be lost without them!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are two things I wish could happen. First, I have multiple business emails, and I wish that email tracking and features could be done for both under one account. I have to maintain two HubSpot accounts instead, and I've tried to get help with updating this. Second, I wish there was a way to send out a bulk email to all contacts at once. While spamming and mass emails is not our way of approaching clients, there are occasionaly messages that we would like to send all at once about a product or system update, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The speed that I can reach potential clients is the number one improvement in 2021. Using the email templates but having it feed directly through my Outlook has been very beneficial. We also use the notifications to keep us on track working with existing clients, keeping us on a good schedule of followup and checking in.

An amazing sales tool

What do you like best about the product?
As a Salesman I find this to be very useful, you can schedule everything in here, campaigns, calls, follow-ups, it is a very complete tool all in all and I strongly recommend to anyone using it
What do you dislike about the product?
What annoys me the most is that sometimes the reporting is kind of bugged. It doesn't extract data as it should and the dashboard is somehow disorganized at some times
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the main factor here is organization. You can use just Hubspot and you find all your calls, tasks, emails, follow-ups both past and present and that helps you keep your schedule very clean

Booking Links - Your number 1 Time Saver

What do you like best about the product?
Can create multiple booking links. I sell multiple products. It's helpful to know what product I am demoing when my calendar gets booked with the appropriate link.
What do you dislike about the product?
The round-robin function does not work well for a team. If you have your calendar blocked off on certain times due to your time zone, I live on the west coast, and a colleague lives on the east coast, the available time slot a prospect is looking for will show. It only considers the time zone and availability, not the total number of leads a seller has for the month. Leads can become very imbalancedd.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the back and forth and time taken to get a meeting scheduled.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is an excellent tool. Life is easy for the sales & marketing department with such a fantastic marketing automation tool. One can create their own link to schedule meetings as per the availability. We can keep a track on the leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much that I dislike about Hubspot. Initially, the pricing is affordable for the first year, and for the renewal, it charges way too much. So start-up's cannot think of such tool in renewals
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot works as a perfect CRM for us. We can keep track of the leads and add comments to them. It helps to keep a reminder for follow-up and assigned the leads internally.

Best platform for sales

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot sales hub is good to manage all the contacts, accounts, and activities, I like the email sequence future the most, using this feature I can set up my email marketing campaign and able to send a maximum of five emails thread to a contact which is a very good feature, hence I like this feature the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not change the subject line in the email sequence future, the subject line that I choose for the first email is also used by HubSpot to send all the five emails thread, hence this is the one feature that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using HubSpot to manage all my contacts, accounts, activities, using sequence future to send emails, and also using this to see the opportunity, hence these are the problems that I am solving using the HubSpot sales hub.

Simple yet powerful CRM tool

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot sales hub makes it easy to synchronize sales contacts throughout large teams. One of my favorite features in Hubspot is a contact's timeline. When clicking on a contact, Hubspot provides a comprehensive view of all the interactions with said contact in a reverse chronological order. This is a great way to keep informed with all of your contacts despite having a large group of them. Some of my other favorite features include the ability to create workflows. The workflows are highly customizable and can be very powerful for automation when used in the correct way. Finally I quite enjoy Hubspot's email editor and the ability to create email sequences. Both of these features are among the best I have used, and allow you to craft complex outgoing campagins for your audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of Hubspot's features have a bit of a learning curve before you can use them to their full potential. This is not too bad as it is mitigated by the fact that Hubspot provides a plethora of resources for you to become more familiar with their platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps to keep my team organized. It is in my opinion one of the best ways to manage a large amount of contact/leads. Hubspot makes it easy to stay on top of these leads and make sure I am using them to their full potential.

Very Intuitive, Simple, But Very Effective CRM! Highly Recommended

What do you like best about the product?
I like to use the individual email template feature as it allows me to send out hundreds of individual follow-up emails each week to my contacts. Hubspot integrates with your Gmail Account and is very user-friendly. You can set up an unlimited number of email templates that I can import into an email message with one click of a mouse.
What do you dislike about the product?
The bulk email marketing templates are a little limited. The number of marketing contacts for the base subscription is limited to just 1000.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact and Pipeline Management is always a challenge for a salesperson. Hubspot's sales console has made it quite easy to manage my pipeline and contacts in general. The email integration feature with our Gmail Workspace inboxes has been a great addition and allows all of our communication to be tracked and recorded in our contact records. It has improved workflow and has helped to manage tasks better.

What do you like best about the product?
I can log all the customer interactions in one system and can filter clients according to certain factors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with other applications can still be optimized, for example Quickbooks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales pipeline of our product and increasing the retention rate.
