Hubspot is a super user friendly CRM for any sales activity. It helps in the immense growth.
What do you like best about the product?
The Filters of Hubspot and the calling feature.

Nothing that I dislike as a feature in Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
Task system is by far one of the best features. It gives you the flexibility to manage your schedule and keep track of leads (especially if the lead gets transferred to someone else)
What do you dislike about the product?
The new phone number formatting system. It is a lot harder than it used to be to copy and paste a phone number from hubspot to use on another form. Specifically, the formatting box that pops up is annoying

Managing and tracking leads, keeping a organized and efficient schedule

reports dashboard is very good to measure and compare statistics

sometimes it can be a little slow but usually is very good

it gets better and better to use the longer i use it
Hubspot has been friendly to use and very practical to manage business leads and current pipeline.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can integrate all of our tools such as Linkedin, Zoominfo, Vidyard and much more. Hubspot really makes it easy to work more efficient.

I wish we could receive calls and work with SMS

It's very easy to navigate. It's a great tool to use when training new hires.

Wish we could use it more for sales opportunities. Sometimes the pipeline is not as sales-friendly as others.

Sending follow-up emails to prospects and being able to update in real-time new due dates.

The platform is very user-friendly and a great tool to train individuals.

I love the notification when a customer opens an email, I am able to call them on the spot and avoid playing phone tag! Helps my close ratio like crazy!

I wish I could drag and drop other emails from other people into the account from my work gmail that are related to the file

The ability to quickly manage the people I reach out to or who I want to reach out to is my favorite part.

Some glitchy technical issues slowed down my process

organized fields for stages of various stages of pipeline helps me stay on top of my deals

I don't think there is much that is missing- it has what I need to organize my deals
