Seamless Experience for sales and Marketing Team
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot helps us make things organized and as everything is one tool, it becomes easy to navigate and reach out to the right leads and update things accordingly. The filters and tabs are easy to find and it's like one place for all.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not a dislike but would love the additions. I would say the Hubspot chat has all the tabs open like email and live chats which confuses us at times. If we have multiple tabs for each it would have been definitely better. A WhatsApp integration would also be helpful if can automate the messages just like how we connect Gmail and Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is a saviour when it comes to Sales and Account Management. It helps me have everything in one place without going back and forth to other tools. It helps me identify opportunities based on numerous contact properties and filters that make the work easier.

The facility to create different pipelines and all the properties for each one of them.
The structure of the information and the ease of creating workflows without knowledge make the tool adapt to what you need.

I would like to be able to apply filters to pipeline stages independently, so that only a specific stage is applied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows us to have total control of the user from the moment they enter the first stage of the funnel until they become a customer.
It allows us to know in which stages there is more stagnation and to take measures to boost the purchase or improve communications with the user.

The cost benefit is good, the experience is simple yet enables personalization.

It takes a bit of training to understand how to navigate the tool.

Intuitive, info all in one place, one stop shop
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot holds all account information. Details for contacts, demographics, product details, and log incoming/outgoing emails. The ability to create and save pertinent information regarding services rendered and possible client add-ons is invaluable and time-saving. It stores contracts, BA agreements, proposals and more. You can create an email directly from the HubSpot account with the ability to add contacts, and meeting links, attach documents and be able to see when the client has received and opened the email. Do you have notes on your desk or calendar? While these may be helpful HubSpot allows you to create notes attached to the account and create follow-up tasks that allow you to receive reminders at a date and time needed. It allows you to go into those tasks to add follow-up information until the task has been completed and you have closed it. A nice feature that we use in contacts is being able to identify who our primary contact for the company is. While other staff members may call and ask questions about the account with limited permissions. Our primary contact ensures we are speaking with the decision-maker. You can make a call directly from the HubSpot client account or log a call that you received. This truly is a one-stop-shop. While I haven't learned all that can be done and is possible within this program, I am looking forward to the next great "ah-ha!"
What do you dislike about the product?
Truthfully like any new program, you are using there is a learning curve. And people are generally averse to change. But in all my years of various business programs, this is the most intuitive. So what is to dislike?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HupSpot allows all staff to see, add to, monitor and assist with maintaining and growing our business. Having account information in one place saves time, helps to diminish duplication of effort and keeps everyone in the know about the health of our accounts.

Helps with the easy workflow to get efficiently get through the work day. Easy to use interface. Ideal for a very methodical person to ensure they have structured their day

The inability to call all countries. The technical requirement issues

Helps keep on top of tasks. Good reporting system that keeps you accountable

What do you like best about the product?
The vast possibilities of its scope. I Love that I can set automatic flows, it helps simplify my workflow. Reminders and tasks are easy to set to remember followups.
What do you dislike about the product?
There arent many things I dislike, only, the depth of usability and amount of training needed to fully understand the capabilities would be my only downfall for this product.

Managing my workflow is super easy now. I can set automatic emails, that with the templates you can create make it simple to streamline

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create sequences, manage deals, and havd a queue of tasks is incredibly helpful in providing the structure that I need to be successful at my job.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the pricing structure could work differently. Luckily, I work at a company that can afford the professional accounts but I do think that the price increase is way too steep and some of the features, namely sequences, should be available on the less expensive plans.

HubSpot helps me create and maintain a follow-up system that allows me to take my deals all the way to the finish line. I am a highly methodical and organized person and HubSpot satisfies all my needs in that respect.

Visibility, ease of use, easily laid out and very user friendly. Can also send emails directly from HS. Great tool to use for marketing purposes as well. Mass emails have been huge within HS for us

Doesn't seem to have a LinkedIn integration. Little out of date as far as interface updates.

Pipeline visibility, prospect organization, communication within the sales team and other colleagues, and overall being a solid sturdy CRM

Love the template feature. It makes it really easy to send personalized outreach at scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pipeline feature could be improved. An easy way to remove deals completely and reset the pipeline.

It helps us with scaled outreach and organization. It is the glue that keeps us organized.
