I love how easy Hubspot makes building relationships.

I like the UX, and the ability to flow between different parts of my funnel to maximise outreach =.

There isn't anything I notably dislike with Hubspot

Hubspot allows me to connect all my important tools into one easy-to-use interface .

There could be better automation and integration for this plan, but that's available with upgrades

Centralizing all of my contacts, customers, and deals. It also allows me to do analysis on my data

Sometimes the automation trips itself up.

I don't forget to follow up with leads. It helps me prioritize hot leads that are engaging.
Hubspot is intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Hubspot is intuitive to learn and use. Over the years I have used other well-known CRM's including the market leader, but you are heavily reliant on your tech team to fully understand them and implement them in a way where they help you in your day-to-day role. I found Hubspot to be great straight out of the box.
What do you dislike about the product?
In all honesty, to date I do not have any dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has easy to set up reports and sharing is easy. As a BDM the reminder function is great as it helps me create my workflow and follow up with prospects at the right time.
It is great tool to stay on the top of your tasks when working as sales consultant.
What do you like best about the product?
I found setting tasks as reminders as well as pre-set of sending emails very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
can not delete the leads which are then mixing with other leads - should be easy to get them out of the system.

it brings a more organized approach into the work of sales consultants so he/she can focus on more important tasks.
Hubspot has been brilliant, by far the best CRM I have used.

I love being able to see who has opened my emails and clicked on links.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across anything unuseful yet.

HubSpot makes it easy for me to track my tasks and keep on top of prospects that I need to contact.
Easy to navigate, great to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I can find my contacts very quickly, and ensure I keep tabs on all my open deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pulling reports could be easier than it is right now. More videos on how to do things.

FOr me the biggest thing are the tasks. I sometimes lose track of where I'm at with a prospect, but the tasks ensure I don't forget.
User friendly CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is extremely user friendly. If you are doing something new, it is usually very easy to work out. If not there is always help. Much better than any CRM I have used before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom integration is not great. The comment box does not fit the screen and it is difficult to save.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping on top of contacts and tasks is easy and the email templates save a lot of time
The best CRM ever!

Very easy to navigate, Love the fact that I can keep all the client records and notes in one system
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be better to have the option to automatically record all calls than to answer the same question with every call made.

Helps me not keep paper files and money savvy when it comes to stationery.
