Versatile Tools That Fit Our Workflow, But Key Features Locked Behind Paywall

I like the versatility and how the tools allign with our workflow

The main downside is that the most useful tools to help growth are usually behind an extra paywall

Feature-Rich, Easy to Use, and Perfect for Lead Management
What do you like best about the product?
The number of features and how easy it is to navigate. How I can segregate my leads so I'll know how to strategize to help me convert prospects into closed sales. It's also very easy to set up my account, and I can integrate it to almost all tools related to prospecting and sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say it's just a bit confusing how to import leads through CSV or Excel files how as I often couldn't find where they went.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to manage customer information and sales performance, making it easy to strategize and eventually enabling sales agents close more deals.
Centralized Communication Made Easy, But Email Tracking Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to track all account correspondense in one, organized space and connecting contacts with companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it doesn't differentiate between the sender and recipient on email opens

It allows easy automation of contact with accounts through tracking (marketing) email opens, tracking data/engagement, creating tasks for follow up.
Powerful, flexible, and sometimes a little too paywalled
What do you like best about the product?
We’ve finally got a system that keeps us consistent. The sequences make it so easy to stay in touch with hundreds of people without it feeling automated. It’s simple, organized, and actually helps us build better relationships instead of just managing data.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot is a great tool, but the pricing structure can get confusing. There are a lot of features spread across different tiers, and you often need extra seats or add-ons to get the full experience. It adds up quickly, especially for smaller teams trying to grow into the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’ve got hundreds of clients, and HubSpot keeps it all manageable. It helps us stay in front of the right people at the right time, track every touchpoint, and keep our team aligned without things slipping through the cracks.
Easy to Use, but Dashboard Can Be Clunky and Slow

It is simple to use and flows well. Also like the AI functions.

Can be slow at times and dashboard functions are clunky.

I like that HubSpot Sales Hub provides clear visibility into the customer journey, making it easy to track engagement, manage follow-ups, and personalize outreach — all from one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel cluttered at times, with too many features overlapping. Reporting customization is limited, and syncing between contacts, deals, and activities occasionally creates data inconsistencies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps streamline the sales processes, centralize customer data, and automate follow-ups, enabling your team to close deals faster and improve pipeline visibility. This translates to more efficient sales operations, better forecasting, and higher revenue growth.

It gives good visibility into where deals are at, stages, tasks etc.
Also can get insights on pipeline health, sales performance, activity tracking etc
Love automations and also the fact that changes in names of the fields/properties doesn't impact or disable the automations.

Some of the basic features are only in higher plans which is frustrating.

Clear visibility for sales team for example where deals are stuck, which are progressing, or which require attention.
Tasks like follow-ups, reminders, updating deal stages, sending quotes, etc., are easier and well organised within husbpot.

Easy Lead Tracking and Personalization with a Visual Interface
What do you like best about the product?
how easy it has become to track, personalize and move leads around. And it's also a very visual tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
This little thing, where you cannot do much changes or duplicate a lead, for example, if you select it and then select the three dots. You have to go into each individual lead to do that, but it's really not that big of a deal
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
desorganization and lack of tracking, this benefits the team a lot because it's easier to show the rest of the team in what stage our leads are.
Generous Free Contacts, but Dropdown Management Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Giving one million contacts to free account is very generous by HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
When a new item is added to the contact dropdown field, it appears at the bottom of the list. If you have more than 100 contacts, you cannot drag and drop it to the top because the edit field page displays only 100 items at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do weekly webinar and generate 1000 leads every week, with hub spot it's quite easy to manage leads and assign it to sales team.
