Hubspot is a great CRM software

What do you like best about the product?
The things I like most about using Hubspot are that it helps me and my team see the progress of every deal and their stage easily and clearly, and it keeps all emails and files associated with the partner-created account on the system which helps us stay aware of everything going on. Also, the idea of knowing that the prospect has opened the emails you sent is AMAZING!
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest issue is that there is no free one-time "how to use" session for users that buy the program which should be something included in the package, I believe that adding this feature would really do wonders to this CRM service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped the team manage all their accounts in a professional way and we now have all documents and files of each partner in one place that you can access anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot brings all of our needs together, ranging from chatbots to proper ad campaign tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some tools are not "advanced" enough and there's a lack of customization with some (such as meetings)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing all of our data, customers, and sales funnels in one place. HubSpot is extremely well made for scale-up companies like ours

What do you like best about the product?
Managing all of my outbound prospecting is easy with Hubspot. It takes some time to build out all of your templates/sequences, but once it is built it is a rinse and repeat system that can be refined. The analytics Hubspot provides is much better than other tools like Groove, which is super important to know what is working and what isn't.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data management in Hubspot isn't great. It opens up the opportunity for messy data. Also enrolling contacts or groups of contacts to a sequence could be better; I find downloading via csv and uploading to work best, but this creates the opportunity for messy data as above.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Sales Hub helps me manage all of my sales outbound prospecting.

What do you like best about the product?
It's awesome the amount of integration it has with Gmail and other tools. Read receipts and sequences are a must for my job that I can't live without.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations with other platforms are good but there's always something missing. I end up using Zapier most of the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to contact customers monthly. Without Hubspot, the task would be unfathomable.

What do you like best about the product?
how it automates the whole sales process, from inputting your leads to tracking emails and having data provided on your activity
What do you dislike about the product?
sequences could be a little better by not being so rigid to enroll and unroll people

i am solving having a collection of activities which makes it much easier to connect with leads

The tasks and deals features. They easily help me track customers and the stages they are in

I wish there was more logic able to put into things like email sequencing and email campaigns
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer forget to call potential customers when we have discussed a follow-up date. I'm able to convert on those leads I would've forgotten about.
