Best CRM platform I've used yet!
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to fill out contact and company details once you've automated it with workflows - or rather you don't have to manually fill out everything anymore. It's easier when you log an email address with a company domain, HubSpot automatically fills in details from the domain website. Also, the interface works well with HubSpot's other hubs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of our clients and prospects that use the same company domain but are from different branches pose a challenge for us. If the company and its branches/flagships use a single domain, all the contacts with the same domain are put under a single company account. Automation is fun with HubSpot, but there still has to be human work behind it, albeit minimal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have contacts who have two or more companies and it was always a challenge in our previous CRMs to decide whether we create a single company account (with different domains, different information) or multiple accounts. Most times one contact is to one company too. HubSpot Sales Hub's recent update lets you associate two or more companies to one contact, and I love it for that.
A very user friendly tool, even if you're not a IT savvy person you can master it as a pro!

What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to mass-create deals, as I deal with a lot deals so I need to input them one at a time which is time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves a lot in lead/deals monitoring and nurturing, accurately getting the reports with just a click of a button.

Sales hub allows my team to focus on Selling! - A good CRM system should act as a full-time support and PA behind the scenes and Hubspot does exasclty that

Nothing - Its a great user-friendly and easy to learn sales system. Supports 21st century modern sales and the availabilityto be anywhere with full acess to al the Hubspot magic just off your phone

What do you like best about the product?
It stores all the information in one place. Easy to collect the data and leave notes. Gives us hints on how to reply to the emails I get from customers/clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
To date no downsides. Nothing is missing! Everything works properly except that one-time where-in the data of the client was created twice/ duplicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made our lives easier. We don't have to go through other software to find the required data. Otherwise earlier, we used to use 3 portals for 1 thing, now everything is in one place.

Love how easy it is to set up Hubspot, adjust it to ones needs and then leverage the powerful feature suite
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much really. Overall a great tool that has no flaws. If you have complex specific needs or need best of breed tools you might want to leverage their add-ons.

Get up and running very fast, lots of transparency and quick to impact.
Hubspot email campaigns are must have for sales

The ease of access of the hubspot email campaigns help us sales people to do a regular followups with all our existing client list and new clients

Nothing as of now , everything is as good as possible

It's solving the problem of mass emailing and a regular review over email, cold emails and maintaining a regular touchbase with all leads

Surely would request all organisations who are into sales, to use this as an effective medium of communication.

Hub Professional is the best part of hubspot, easy to use to keep track of what yo do for proper follow-up and the best part is reminders, if you use if properly you will never miss anything in terms of follow-up.

Everything is perfect, so as per me there is nothing in dislikes, I found hubspot one of the best platforms to work and to do a proper follow-up all the time.

Saving time in terms of sending emails and follow up, helping to keep a record of everything like mails calls and other activities, daily reports saves life and time both.
