User Friendly - great for beginners to CRMs
What do you like best about the product?
I love HubSpot for the ease of viewing everything about a customer in one spot. I can view important docs, notes, and basic info all on one page. Adding toggles and drop-down options to sort lists for later is very helpful. The organization of Deals is simple and easy to pull data from.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search bar is terrible - if you don't enter an email or name EXACTLY right, it won't populate. Seems like it should still generate as a possible option below.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all information in one spot has been a struggle with our team, and HubSpot has many options to store and pull data from one source. We've been able to track more reasons why Deals are Lost more clearly.
Great CRM System
What do you like best about the product?
We are a small business, and they have never had a CRM system. When I started, I saw the need for one, and after a bit of research found HubSpot. This is exactly what we need to get us organized and started on a CRM system with some employees that have never used a CRM. The help center and anyone we have spoken with has been great, and I would recommend this to anyone looking for a CRM system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would say here is that changing some of the fields to tailored information or data would be helpful. Other than that, I really can't think of anything else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is an excellent way to get organized and have all of our information in one place. This is very helpful for us as we are a small company that is growing fast.
Simple, Automated, Effective
What do you like best about the product?
I was able to learn it and weeks at a pretty sophisticated level compared to salesforce, which I used for years and still don't know. Also the marketing aspects are amazing and dont get me started on the blogs subscriptions and how helpful they are! Like I was into those before I even signed up.
What do you dislike about the product?
My team isnt the best with it and havent fully unlocked it capabilities. But i would mention I tried to find a report that gives me the details of every account going into and out of my name (account owner) but what I was specifically looking for didnt exist and my ream isnt capable of making it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There's an incredible amount of funtionality and resources to help you overcome most of your struggles. The HS team is super helpful and give you a very personalized experience. If you are automating messages and doing email marketing. HS is the only one that makes sense. Perfect Marketing Meets CRM platform.
Great marketing and CRM tool
What do you like best about the product?
email tracking is awesome. Makes it easy to see who opened content and follow up right away. Just used it to close my last deal!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to send mass emails and have sequences automatically load instead of me doing it manually. Also, it would be nice to assign multiple companies to one contact record and send text messages.

It helps me stay on track of what I should be focusing on today, as well as plan follow-up activities. Would be nice
Great Tool for Keeping Track of Sales & Marketing Efforts
What do you like best about the product?

- Tracking for all contacts and where they are in the process of funneling them through the marketing/sales pipeline.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have the option of tagging contacts once they have already interacted with content. For example, when I send out a marketing email, I want to be able to tag all 'UNOPENS' based on their interaction to retarget them with another piece of content. This would save a lot of time with data clean up and import of the same contacts. I wish that the interface had a more tailored appearance for just one user. I wish there was a way to filter the view just for myself in all aspects and then also have access to the master, if needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all contacts in one place and seeing last interactions. I love that it syncs with my email directly, so I can communicate with clients on multiple fronts.

The ability to see where you are in terms of tracking from suspect to winning a deal

What do you like best about the product?
I love using the sequence and template tool. It allows me to schedule and send out emails to 500 prospective customers at once. This allows me to save time and multi-task, allowing me to move on to the next task.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that sometimes your software does not generate a Google Meet link. This has caused students to miss one-on-one meetings and led to losing a sale. The customer will assume I did not show up when in actuality, it is no one's fault except for a computer error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has solved my problem of sending out individual emails and has allowed me to send multiple emails at once. It made me realize how much time is spent on emails alone per day and it eats up a lot of the day.

While Hubspot has many capabilities, the best part for myself and my team is the quick attentive customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times features are changed around and that can be distracting.

Makes streamlining what our team is working on much easier. We can all see where we are on leads.

benefits are that you can access your contacts easily. allows to keep track on deal progression and to be productive in the workday.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Hubspot saves all of my contacts and conversations in one easy place where my other coworkers can see what I am saying to other people before they message them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the deal pipeline user experience. Clicking back and forth between deals can get a little funky and it will take you back to the original screen, not where you left off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of having inter team communication. I have seen great benefits from the saved contacts and conversations, but also with the shared notes and tasks.
