Great Variety of use
What do you like best about the product?
very easy to access and look up client information and the connection to PandaDoc proposal portal is amazing

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a tremendous tool for keeping track of contacts. You are able to email right from the program and see if and when the email is opened and how long it was viewed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any dislikes at this time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really like the fact that you can automate an email campaign and get notified at each step in the process and emails can be sent on your behalf at times specified by you
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend hubspot to any salesperson. It's ease of use and numerous uses make it one of the best sales tools I have wver used. Not only as a cram but as a sales tool in general

Best Close Deals Tool
What do you like best about the product?
This is the most powerful tool for tracking your sales from start to finish. The tool is intuitive and full of features, such as sequences and workflow automation, and the custom report keeps my team up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customization options for emails are limited. This includes font customization.

What do you like best about the product?
Integration with Outlook which will help to monitor our meeting MOM. Also another think bulk import of contacts from excel

we add the data data, opportunuties, lead stage. we review ourselves using hubspot on revenue generated, opportunities added and lead stage.

keep updating your data to be easy to analyze your data.
HubSpot is easy to navigate and has tons of options that make it useful and insightful.
What do you like best about the product?
Personalized email tokens to use in email templates keep the automation backend from showing when prospecting via email blasts. It is easy to navigate to send emails, log calls, assign tasks, attach documents to emails, log meetings, and even has schedule links embedded in emails that allow scheduling right on your calendar. All activity is all tracked on the contact/company record for history recall. Web-based so can access it from anywhere. Tracking so you can see the moment your prospect opens your email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have an indicator on the company level on the main company label in a way that a company could be differentiated that they are a current or past customer without looking at deals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email Templates and sequences have saved a ton of time and offer great personalization and options so that no one gets lost and response can be immediate. The tracking ability shows what's working and what is not immediately so that we can pivot our strategy.

Make sure your data going into HubSpot is clean and current.

We use it for documents and 1-to1 emailing and we have realized that we can keep track of every email we send and receive and who opened the emails etc...
Amazing sales tools and insights
What do you like best about the product?
Meetings, it is awesome to be able to send a personalized link so your clients can book a meeting with you.
What do you dislike about the product?
It will be awesome that each user were able to create their own workflows to automatically modify status according to behaviour. Also, the deals, the way they work is not super useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The first problem is to be able to follow each client history and task, also meetings it is a great meeting and messaging tool.
