Hubspot allowed for me to grow at Ocula rby being able to utilize CRM method to increase outreaches.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create lists. Also, see from your outreaches how many of them were clicked, opened, or not viewed. It allows for my follow-ups to have a higher percentage of responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I will see glitches that will not allow me to add contacts. It only happens every couple of weeks, it can be pretty frustrating, but I don't think it lasts that long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped with creating and organizing my sales process; it provides valuable intel on your prospects and buyers and allows me to track and forecast revenue based on accurate data quickly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I feel as though if you are working in the marketing or sales space, your company can only benefit by using Hubspot. It allows for you to make your company be ahead of the curb in CRM.

I don't have a lot to compare it to, honestly as this is my first role in recruiting/ sales.

The productivity gain paid for itself on the first or second day of use.

What do you like best about the product?
The tabs were easy to use and understand. You properly see the details with the list provided and graphs are also great when it comes to checking reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were times that system bugs are occurring and sometimes you cannot use some of the tabs function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Booking an appointment and helps a lot since you can easily do bookings and manage all your task on just one screen.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Hubspot is really handy in terms of bringing everything sales and marketing related together. From my point of view I use it to ensure we have our contacts, tasks, emails/sequences and pipeline set-up, and the next step is getting our marketing team to plug in everything website-related too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Where it loses out to salesforce is from an onboarding perspective (for a saas company)... Managing the customer lifecycle in HubSpot is not as intuitive as salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Full pipeline management from start to end of the sales cycle. We're able to make sure all contact is recorded in the system (automatically) and helps us manage the pipeline more effectively.

I dislike the bugs and how sometimes it glitches out.

I am solving the problem of mass emails with the template tool and tips that are provided which help me send emails to all the prospects.

Autoamted emails in sequences makes sending out large amounts of emails easy

Tracking deals when a BDR and AE both have their name on the account is not easy. Following through on the sales process is challenging to track

Mostly focusing on automating sales email sequences. Having the ability to automate and having Hubspot automate the different components is super helpful!
I would recommend using the hubspot platform. Very user friendly

The system navigation and the fact that all records can now be associated together for ease of reference

Hubspot's AI doesn't pick up most duplicates except for the ones that have the same information

We have all our information in one CRM system, including our communication tools. I love that Hubspot integrates with a lot of other apps. The business database and the tracking of information is now easier

If you will be exporting data to HubSpot, make sure that your data is clean and has a few errors as possible.

Tools for managing clients and leads are most helpful for sales development. I can send 7000 cold emails per day; moreover, I can track links embedded in emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a limit for cold e-mail sequences. I want to send more than 500 personal cold emails to my prospect list, but I have to pay more to do that. But still, ıt is the best CRM tool.

I can manage and follow all activities for our clients. Also, Hubspot has many tools for sales development. For instance, I can create an email sequence and embed links in these emails. Then, I can follow opened link by your client.
