What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to customize views, lists, and contact records. I love the ability to easily create a new contact property. The Meetings tool is awesome too. I've booked 150 meetings off of it in the last year alone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the deals functionality was a bit more customizable. We only sort of use it to track our recruits. I get that we are using this for something other than pure sales but I feel like with a bit more flexibility you could really use Hubspot Sales for most any business case
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Info and data tracking across a large list of potential customers. Stage tracking of prospects. We use the contacts list to send segmented emails. One common easy to use data silo
Amazing CRM Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps everything updated for me and the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only issue is emails from different deals for the same account are all connected although we prefer it to be separated per deal, especially because the email subjects are different
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking the progress and having a clear vision of where we stand with deals etc. The tool really helped the team to be more productive and perform better and have a better understanding of what is needed from their side with the clients they are working with.
Your all-in-one back office CRM
What do you like best about the product?
It's hard to pick just one thing but the thing that I thank goodness for the most is the ability to leave and read notes for the whole team. This is super useful for us, a remote first company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their ticketing and outbound/inbound communication system could be improved. It is hard to keep track of all communications through tickets and equally as difficult to manage tickets with a team bigger than 2 people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved so many problems. Workflows, sequences, customer hand-off between departments, and even the small stuff like creating templates for my team to use when emailing. Overall this has saved us a lot of manual work.

What do you like best about the product?
Increible how you can track all of your emails, SMS, calls, clicks and every single single that you send to your actual and potential leads. I don't see how you can operate without hubspot
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be better or wonderful to have like some sort of spreadsheet to have all your leads on cells.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales calls, follow up with new and old leads
HubSpot is super helpful in organizing contacts and tasks.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can create tasks that may need to be addressed further down the line. When I need to follow up with multiple people in weeks and months time, the tasks feature is a life saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that we could change the sequence once someone is enrolled ect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot solves the problem of keeping track of each point of contact from a company. This is super helpful with keeping everything in one easy to reach place.
Sales on steroids.
What do you like best about the product?
HS offers lots of features that will be very useful on a day-to-day basis. What I like best is that whenever you click into a contact, there is the entire communication history right here.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that I can't send bulk e-mails to selected contacts without creating a marketing list. Having the option to just select some contacts and send them an e-mail would be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am listing contacts way easier, updating their status easier, and getting informed about previous communication at sight. Whenever I'm on a call with a contact, it provides me with all the necessary information about that contact.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You will understand its true value only after working with it.
The interface is detailed and easy to understand the flow of work.
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature according to me is the filters that allow to differentiate within the contacted leads and create a clear picture in terms of reports and stats.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the calling option get stuck or jammed in between the calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The data management becomes very easier with HubSpot and the major benefits are data sorting, data validation, and individual contribution of team members.
HubSpot has been a great fit for us.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can integrate our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams on the same platform, and that HubSpot is flexible enough to fit our changing needs without needing to be a software engineer.
What do you dislike about the product?
When new features are rolled out without much notice and then the knowledge base articles still reference the old version of the feature, making it hard to figure out what the new feature impacts overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to be much more efficient in our outreach to clients and provide more relevant information quickly to them. The sales team loves having one place to see everything about the customer, from activity the customer has done on the site to documents sent, and even the sales details that are captured.
CRM Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
M most favorite is the ability to create subtopics on the client profiles to have all the information I need to successfully KNOW my client and be prepared for upcoming calls and connections on 1 page!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only way to track all social media conversations is to copy and paste n the note section which can be time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can identify where each prospect is in the sales cycle using the deals tabs. Additional benefits include creating multiple pipeline groups to easily project monthly sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Looking for an easy to use software to manage your client relations, Hubspot is great. They give you a Free option to try the services first so you will know which level you will need to invest in.

What do you like best about the product?
It keeps me on track with my customers, by allowing me to review previous actions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have a downside about Hubspot, it's easy to use with very little training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all activity, scheduling follow-up calls emails and meetings.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hub Spot is the best tool I have, it's easy to use and navigate. I have used other CRM Software but I find that Hub Spot is more efficent.
