Hubspot helps us very much to get leads

What do you like best about the product?
It helps us to manage and track our leads and convert them easily and it helps us as excutive to interact with our clients easily.
Its easy to use and helpful to grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a bit expensive.
Its a bit difficult also to modify the templates and less reporting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting more leads and very easy to manage those leads via hubspot. Converting cold leads into a hot lead and closed won also.
It helps our company grow fast and generate more revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the sales report function that allows you to oversee all the sales-related activities. I also like that you could easily build your own dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much that I could think of. Maybe better integration with Gmail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub allows me to better collaborate with team members. I could easily jump into a client email without being looped into the email chain.

It allowed my company to sync all our clients and stay aligned on communication.

What do you like best about the product?
In addition to SalesForce, we also started using HubSpot. Moving from one of the top CRMs to another (being HubSpot), was a smooth transition as the UI and elements are very similar.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot provides many tutorial videos and certifications to get started, but it all felt very superficial. We've already bought in to the product, stop selling it to us. We needed help setting things up, not building hype around what we were about to build. Tone down the transitions and sales pitch in training videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing automation can feel daunting. With HubSpot, their flow builder / visual way to build email marketing automations is the best I've ever used. It was so easy to build branching if/and/or flows. Then moving the Sales team and having them understand why/when things were triggering was simple as we could easily follow our flows and build them in to stories.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This tool has most things a small to medium business would need out of the box.

What do you like best about the product?
The sequences are next level! They make it so easy to follow up with a contact!
What do you dislike about the product?
The calling is a little wonky and its hard to get to the sequences when you are enrolling a contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our entire day is spent in Hubspot. Makes keeping track of information easy and helps with follow up.

What do you like best about the product?
Being a past Salesforce user, I found that Hubspot was an easy transition will all the tools I use plus more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The navigation sometimes does seem to be unintuitive, but the ease of use in other areas more than makes up for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can track all sales activities and look at the data across the different reports and dashboards. It keeps me up to date and organized with all my prospects and pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to easily set tasks, enroll multiple clients into automated messages based off of their specific dates and details.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the occasional glitch happens ot really messes up the flow and productivity of the work day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very efficient! I am able to focus on other work because I was able to automate a vast majority of communication through HubSpot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Excellent software to increase productivity and efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a CRM system that allows you to hold and create relationships between your contacts, companies, and deals (sales opportunities). Hubspot is adaptable to configure specific workflows and mostly delivers on its promise. As my team has been optimizing the marketing, sales, and CS flow, we have tried to implement our workflows into a convenient way in Hubspot, and have mostly been successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain features that are limited or buggy. Reporting has become a problem, as we work in three different levels (contacts, companies, deals) and it is really hard to create a unified report that shows a pipeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining records with Hubspot is a breeze and sales is easily able to pick up a conversation. Also, filtering to create custom audiences and be able to manage sales messaging a lot better.

Making sales With Hubspot

What do you like best about the product?
Its a helpfull tool with great features such us reminders, mail templates and others. Sales forecast is really good. Excellent price compared to its competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
For being a low cost tool, its functionalities are correct. The cost / benefit ratio is amazing. Could have better integrations with other systems such as with the OS operating system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Hubspot, tracking emails to customers is much easier. Everything is possible to keep it monitored from your console. Additionally it is possible to add alerts and send scheduled notifications automatically

The Simplicity of the HubSpot Sales Hub

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about the sales up (from a marketing perspective) is the ability to create templates for your sales team, so your marketing efforts stay on brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
The simplicity of the Sales Hub is a blessing and a curse. There are aspects that feel underdeveloped and lack complexity, like predesign templates which are 100% editable, but by the same token, the simplicity makes it easy to use and very straightforward for the sales folks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem solved with Sales Hub is inaccurate messaging consisting of off-brand language or personality, spelling/grammar, and email etiquette. The benefit of solving this massive problem is all customer or lead generation outreach is consistent, so as not the confuse prospects, no matter how far they are down the funnel.
