HubSpot is THE best CRM I've used
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Outlook integration. I can pull up or create a contact from an email in seconds. I can even automatically log emails so there's always a record of my communications. This way, my team can stay informed, no matter the situation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike is the lack of detail when I create a task automatically from logging activity. I would love to have the ability to edit the task name when auto-creating the task or have preset task names to choose from for more context at a glance. Nothing that sets me back, though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account management is a big problem for many start-up companies in my experience. Being able to set tasks and create workflows to stay on top of communication is a HUGE plus. This way all of our partners get to feel loved. A benefit from this is that partners feel more comfortable reaching out with questions, and I get to do some problem-solving!

Sometimes it is a bit slow to load (confirmed with the team)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How many people have been passed over and how many more people we can still work with.
Really versatile and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the reporting tools. Sometimes you don't know exactly what you need but HubSpot has a great library of reports that you can use as a jump-off point. You don't have to spin your wheels trying to create something that measure and communicates metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is such a minor inconvenience that I'm reluctant to share it. Sometimes you'll have to jerry-rig the HubSpot tools to get them to work exactly the way you have in mind. It's not that big of a deal to be honest and there are a good amount of help articles and the HubSpot team is really supportive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to stay organized first and foremost. Also, as a smaller team, we don't have the bandwidth to develop out a super complicated CRM. My team is able to jump in and pick it up relatively easily.
HubSpot helps avoid tons of 'pain' when setting up sales/success workflows and pipelines
What do you like best about the product?
The greatest thing about HubSpot is quick onboarding. Super user friendly interface. Amazing sales and on-boarding managers!
What do you dislike about the product?
When low-responsive groups mark our sequences emails as spam and we get lockouts. But this is not on Hubspot. Lack of advanced Jira integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are still in the beginning of our journey, but we use HubSpot to work with our enterprise customers, so it definitely helped organise the calculations and unify statistics. A lot of great automatization that saves us time linking and logging information/events or creating business accounts manually.

Using templates and tasks is non-negotiable for me. It makes my work so much faster and more convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wish hubspot could recognise people with two email addresses and help me flag it earlier.

It helps us reach more people (templates, sequences) , tasks make my life more carefree and I know all my follow up tasks are saved. Also, keeping a close eye on my pipeline and dealboard

It's an easy software, with a good notification system, it can take track with reports of my efficiency

Easy to use. Automation. Also, it easily integrates with Outlook, Zoom, and other products.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you didn't have to have 3 different packages to do everything. One for sales, operations, and marketing. It would be good if you would make it affordable to have these features built into one package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to find good prospects and let the world know what an awesome product StrataFlows is. Being able to easily create sequences makes it easy to reach thousands of potential customers with a few clicks of the mouse.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is how easy is to automate simple but essential activities for my day-to-day business development activities. From building templates, and start sequences to sending emails while I sleep, has become a game-changer. Having this automation level has allowed me to focus on more strategic aspects of my job. Another thing I like is the Hubspot Academy. I use it to learn more about functions that could potentially help my job.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I create deals there are some fields that I would like to fill automatically, as these are values that I'm always going to use. However, it is not possible because it would also affect the other users who might create a deal. It would save me a couple of minutes a day, but other than that, I love Hubspot!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to create reminders on my calendar every time I was going to reach out to somebody. With Sequences, I can just determine when to email and what to write in every email with my already created templates. The best part of this is that Hubspot automatically recommends you when is the best time to send those emails.

Take a look at the Hubspot Academy. Videos usually take less than five minutes and it helps you understand how to use the tools that would make your job more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
The way that customer profiles work is by far my favorite feature. I can see and catalog every previous interaction, and easily create and see the tasks necessary to follow up with the lead.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the data analytics features are a bit "buried." It takes some digging to know what kind of data analytics you can even do. Would love more automated data analysis to be done so that the user can be more aware of the possibilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining customer records in an easily searchable manner. Leads almost never slip through the cracks!

Hubspot is a very useful tool to manage and track sales. I can manage contacts seamlessly and the features are easy to use. It helps my job less hassle and saves time.

At first, it was confusing however able to get the process eventually after studying its uses and functions. I don't see anything that I may not like anymore as everything is well provided and properly guided because of the training courses.

Multiple task is great to nurture contacts by creating actions plan for the future via setting a reminder. At first, it was confusing however able to get the process eventually after studying its uses and functions. I don't see anything that I may not like anymore as everything is well provided and properly guided because of the training courses.
