What do you like best about the product?
Very helpful to have email snippets, and templates. Outbound email tracking works great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that a deal has to open up in a separate tab, instead of just another tab in Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
routing our leads well from the top of the funnel to close.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy-to-use platform, anyone can easily get used to the tools that they offer, if you use it as the main CRM of your company you won't regret it, uploading leads, creating cadences and reviewing the statistics after that it's incredibly helpful and way easier than other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think that I dislike something in specific about Hubspot. I would like to have the possibility to track the clickers/openers in a faster way but apart from that is perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me to organize the leads to do the outbound marketing of our company, modify our current campaigns with the A/B testing, and to create new strategies depending on the content that is working.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease to use it and apply it in our daily sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
We should be able to CC other emails when running a sequence.

Automation, filtration, lead management and maintaining huge company and people data.

Hubspot has made Sales management easier for its users. If you are looking for a CRM then be sure to try Hubspot,. It will concise your innumerable spreadsheets into one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is so user friendly. I feel like I don't even need to do training because it is that easy to use. SOOOOO much better than Sales Force.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - I love everything about Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my accounts organized. Building quotes. Reporting. it does it all.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want a CRM that is easy to use for your sales staff and support staff, Hubspot is it!

What do you like best about the product?
I used Hubspot for the email campaigns. What I liked was I was able to create different templates for specific Campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like them to conduct regular training sessions for the team and encourage the Organisation to use the tool

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot allows the sales team to keep track of the calls we make to customers who have inquired about our service. This allows us to know what information we have already received about the job and if and when we should make further contact in order to successfully book the job.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe in the log call function, it would be good to have the option to log an SMS for when we have sent an SMS instead of making a phone call to the customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of receiving online inquiries but not having an efficient way to sort them from no contact, initial contact, confident or closed and won and closed and lost. With HubSpot, we have an easy way to keep track of the different stages of each deal.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are interested in easily organizing all of your inquiries in one place, then HubSpot is great
