What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to manage different deals and leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
The compatibility between the mobile app does not load my deals correctly in the app

What do you like best about the product?
I can personalize my account and definitely the sequences
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a lot to get reportings- not very user friendly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increased my sales performance, I can focus on demo my prospects instead of creating individual emails

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub is extremely helpful in helping saving time in a sales lifecycle. When using all available features from HubSpot, the sales process is optimised. The Deals Pipeline can be customised according to your business, as well as fields and properties, allowing you to collect all relevant information for your company. All information flows perfectly from several integrations, allowing you to have your HubSpot as the Source of Truth for your business. Marketing features are also incredibly good. On top of all of this, it is super user friendly and intuitive.
On another note, it probably has one of the Best Customer Support teams I have ever seen, there is always someone available to chat and 99% of the time they can solve your issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Normally, HubSpot still has some improvements to make, nonetheless, there is nothing I dislike about this CRM tool. Moreover, there is the HubSpot Community that allows you to suggest new features and ideas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With HubSpot, the Lifecycle of the Sales gets optimised. All relevant information is stored in one single space, allowing it to become the Source of Truth for your company, saving time on waiting on someone to understand the status of an opportunity.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the automation of nurturing my sales leads which has helped me to continue to work with these leads whilst completing other sales tasks and account management of my clients
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like some more templated ideas on workflows and what triggers etc to add which is best for what I am trying to achieve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to lead nurture to a bigger amount of leads than I could do manually. It really helps to manage my workload and achieve better conversion

What do you like best about the product?
The design is simple and easy to use and you can tailor the customer account view to the pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quotes feature is lacking the PDF you send gets split across as opposed to saving as a normal PDF would.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Full accountability and tracking and monitoring of our sales process from start to finish. The data to predict trends is great as well. It has also streamlined our sales analytics
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to set it up correctly with your Development Partner. Streamline the whole sales process and then begin. We had a demo from Salesforce and HubSpot and Hubspot won. The dedicated manager you get is there should anything go a miss. A few bugs obviously but that's to be expected.

What do you like best about the product?
The pipeline management tool is so simple and easy to use and keeps all of my data organized. The meeting function is great too! I have used several other CRM platforms and Hubspot is the absolutely the most pleasant to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
The email tracking tool is cool but innaccurate when it comes to pinpointing who actually opened the email - the amount of times is correct but it assigns random email addresses that I have seen from testing are not always the actual openers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead management, data collecting, meeting set up. It definitely helps financially because it keeps everything in place so nothing gets left behind. I can now go back to old leads with ease!

the simplicity of the platform and that you can do so many things besides sales too. Basically build the entire pipeline of your business

Sometimes I'm not familiar with some areas of it, so just need to spend some time teaching myself but not major dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales managements and way we present the business. playbooks are extremely helpful and reports

What do you like best about the product?
Cloud based. Easy to use. Great layout.

Some of the pricing levels to grow further in the CRM are expensive

Easy to manage current quotes out with clients, which allows me to keep on track and close them with more success

What do you like best about the product?
First of all i would to thank the full executive team CEO for making such a great app that we sales guy use today for send emails and just one tap select template and just tap & Go
What do you dislike about the product?
sometime it lags soo much but after a time it may solve automatically so just only think i didnt like otherthan that all the things are great just want to say please be on that side only
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At first we all use gmail and outlook for sending emails with changing again &again subjects and all the things but after hubspot than it is very easy to send emails & all

Just use onces then you may automatically know what is this

What do you like best about the product?
Such ease of use. Hubspot takes so much of the workload. The tracking of all communication is fantastic. I really like the reports dashboard. Compared to other programs I have used its way and beyond
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like the calls to be recorded. It registers the call but no recording is available. Think the learning modules could be more condensed, I would like to learn more but time is a constraint

Keeping ontop of sales performance , Using the reports really have boosted sales. It has encouraged more productivity. We can see the increased benefits from the reports
