I've really enjoyed Sales Hub, and would definitely recommend it to another person.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to create sequences and email templates and use it for lead-gen.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it can be limiting at times when using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm trying to use it for lead gen and building a pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
Sequences help define what is successfully marketing to your customers and prospects. It lets you gain visibility to their participation in your campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
it doesn't always catch a false open and also a bad email address... small percentage but it does happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nobody markets to their prospects better than their account manager; it provides you with the insight to view what resonates and makes you more impactful to their business and thus more valuable.

What do you like best about the product?
Sequences! They make it quick and easy to engage with people on a schedule in a personalized way. And the multiple deal dashboards are great. And reporting is easy, as is connecting parent/child accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sequences go through your email domain, so that can be an issue on occasion with spam.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solved the problem of not liking our CRM by getting Hubs instead! I am also solving issues with keeping accounts clean and outreach on time. Benefits are numerous. To start, it has more than paid for itself with all the capabilities like email sequences. And the ability to tag teammates in stuff is helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I like HubSpot as it's super user friendly once you get used to using the functions within the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some training to start using HubSpot. But once you've used it a few times, it's super simple to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems include not having the correct permissions to do certain things within HubSpot.

Hubspot is great for making sure I keep a clean and strong pipeline/ making sure I stay on top of my deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email tracking is very inaccurate. It says my prospects open emails when it was literally, verifiably me in my gmail account.

We are able to track deals as an org and understand what makes or breaks our deals.

Mostly amazing with emails but sometimes a bit slow with errors

Keeping my contacts and prospects in one place, tracking my communication and logging deals
You do not have to spend a fortune to have a balanced Sales, Marketing, and Operations Hub
What do you like best about the product?
Their weekly emailed prompts and training refreshers help navigate as well as within the Hubspot platform, you have many internal guides on how to make the best use of data tracking. I like that you can see your progress and your teammates' progress on tasks, deals, calls, meetings, and notes. It helps with your goals/KPI's. Also, the ability to call right from Hubspot using your cell number is genius.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can only think of one thing, and that is the limits on the number of emails we can send, but all in all, this platform works very well at all levels and teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a way to connect the dots between Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Client Success Teams. Hubspot has done that and beyond.
