HubSpot, best CRM on the market
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, Collaboration, Sales Analytics, Email tracking, Sequences

Filter features could be better, ability to send sequences to contacts - while viewing companies/tasks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking emails, managing and tracking deals/contacts, sales conversions, creating sequences, reporting, scheduling meetings

Great CRM, capabilities to run sequences and check engagement. The best part is that it's super simple to use.

What do you like best about the product?
How seamless it is organizes and connects various clients, organizations and prospects with different members of our team, whether they be collaborating or working with clients individually.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike here as I have yet to come across anything that could be better, though I've only played with it so far - the automation is something I would look deeper into.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps keep our database of clients organized, especially with following up and logging details of past calls, emails, meetings and future work that needs to be addressed.

Easy to customize, de-cluttered UI/UX and fast CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Easy UI/UX experience including easy on eye colors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frequent outages bring downtime in work output. Search functionality is not great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy Integration of calling, emailing and possible integration for chat. Sales Intelligence is a big up as well.

the templates and sequences allow me to reach a wider audience

the sales order functionality kind of papers over cracks, doesn't do the exact job that we would like

able to reach more clients quicker, no copy and pasting emails, everything is stored in one place making us much more productive!

Integration with Gmail, Zoom and Google Calendar. Sequences. Deals.

Can't email sequence a list of companies and their associated contacts.

Tracked email marketing at scale integrated with all other systems.

Makes staying on top of my workload so easy
What do you like best about the product?
The tasks feature, ensures I stay on track and I can evenly spread my workload, allowing me to focus on the task at hand - increasing productivity

The platform doesn't remember specific filters when moving back and forward between contacts/companies.

This allows me to easily track all my communications and allows me to clearly see what my colleagues are doing so that we don't tread on each other's toes.

What do you like best about the product?
Utilising HubSpot ability for task management allows for great organisation. It brings the team to a flawless streamline of content. Everyone always has an assignment, and the management team will always be notified once their assignments have come to a close.
Let's not forget about the deals manager, setting up the correct views on the sales package can provide amazing insights as to what's being generated, who's being sat and how many closed sales and been won.

What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot sales has minimal flaws, I would recommend it to anyone, as of yet I have not spotted anything that could be improved on. Using this software for over 6 months now, this dislike section just doubles as another compliment for the amazing app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using our HubSpot Sales Hub is like calling up Merlin. Waving a wand and creating a foolproof streamline sales machine. We have the system setup to help us with our cold call problems, managing who has been called and keeping track of all of our closed deals.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the follwing features in terms of sales:
- the automation
- the UX
- it's user friendly
- the reporting is quite comprehensive and the dashboard for the KPIs is very visual and easy to follow

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I don't like (and it might be the case that I haven't yet understood how it's done) is when you import contacts, there is no way to leave out any contacts that are already in the CRM. E.g. If we have a lead "A" that already exists as a contact in HubSpot, and if the same lead "A" is in the batch that is being imported into the CRM, Hubspot doesn't prevent the import for that lead and more often than not, a repetition is accuring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me automated my sales process and at the same time, it allows me to have enough personalisation so that it doesn't look to the propects as another sales mass mailing campaign.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the platform has a lot of integration, in terms of being able to prospect (making calls, sending emails, connecting on LinkedIn) as it makes prospecting a lot more seamless and less time-consuming. I also appreciate the 'create task' feature as it allows you to stay organised and reminds you of things that need to be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I have had trouble with is formatting, I have experienced the font size and colour change when sending an email, even if it is fine when I initially format it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spending less time following up/ outreaching to prospects. The ability to make sequences also saves a lot of time/ effort as they contacts can be enrolled quickly and continue through the created sequence

Ease of use, if there are any issues the support team is there right away

Easier use of filters, to speed up the workflows

Sequences has helped being able to check activity, benefits being on top of what has to be done.
