What do you like best about the product?
It´s effortless to create sequences, follow through them, create contact views, and if it is your first time using a sales CRM it is quite amicable to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many locks on the functionalities you can use, to create reports you have to be authorized, to export contacts, and so many other menial tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatizing contact with prospects, follow up with them. The greatest benefit is that you have all the info in just one place, you can link your SalesNavigator and see the prospects contact without opening another tab, you can understand what activities marketing have been doing with that prospect, and you can see the interaction your prospect has with your communication, helping you prioritize those who show more interest over others.

Its too much going on, wish hubspot team can simplify it

Its easy to integrate multiple email platforms to hubspot

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is an amazing resource for tips on selling as well as a great centralized platform to ensure you have a seamless workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike is that I cant select multiple tasks to schedule an email. If it's there, I just haven't found it yet. Other than that, zero complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to develop a solid pipeline and monitor the progression through the platform. It makes followups a breeze.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to filter through multiple lists in order to achieve different combinations when it comes to outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the functionality of sequences, where if there is a missing value you can no longer provide a backup token to instantly send the email instead of fixing contacts one by one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to reach out to more people and collaborate better with my partners when it comes to creating content, organizing pipelines and reffering to older activity on a particular company or person.
Process for calling through leads is really great, easy and simple to use.
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use, nothing too complicated and also how clear our targets are set out and how the dashboard is used
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system can crash if you have not refreshed or use the page often enough in a short amount of time but normally if you are using it you are using it constantly so is never too much of an issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overcomplicated way of calling through leads and being able to leave accurate notes is a huge benefit

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to track all activity for a contact. I can see how many touches I've made and if they have interacted with my emails. This allows for proper follow-up and easy organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I don't like. It could be helpful if when I search a contact or company I don't have to type it exactly as it shows, sometimes I'm searching a contact and the name is off a little and then I can't find that record
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making it easier to see your entire book of business and track what sales stage it is in.

The ability to multitask and keep track of prospecting

Planning out sequences can be a bit though as there isn't really a way to sync things with a calendar

We are solving the lack of outreach with traditional CRMs. We have realized greater reach out

What do you like best about the product?
Sequences and automatization are easy to set up and modify. We have our Gmail (g-suite) integrated with Hubspot so any person at the staff can see the emails we send to the brands and companies we partner with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sequences work great, but It would be very useful to start a sequence by adding many email addresses instead of creating a new sequence for each email registered on the deal.
Also, it would be VERY VERY VERY useful to download a sequences report in an XLS or CSV file.

All regarding following up deals and managing contacts and brands. It's very easy to have all the information organized.

Becomes slightly complicated at some places and difficult to understand at times. Certain features are still WIP and so there's a lot of changes that happen and need to be updated with those
