Great Product easier functionality than Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
I am a big fan of the UX of the product. Although the product works really well, the design and interface is far more attractive and engaging compared to Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
There a few bugs on the system and limited functionality that haven't been as thought out when introducing new products or developing existing ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding sales traction and using integrated analytics to review performance and improve existing sales cycles.

The best parts of HubSpot are the UI, which is simple and easy to use, and the sequences, making it easy to follow up with prospects and customers regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any dislikes regarding HubSpot.

Business problems HubSpot solves are the burden of sending a large number of emails manually, as well as being able to keep up with the opens and views of my emails, giving us great insight into what emails work or don't.

The flexibility of some filters or information to display in Deals pages and limitation of basic capabilities where you need to upgrade your account

Easy to have a quick broad view of what is happening in an account and keep track of the changes
